lol ha

It was a tweet regarding a diet that her dad did to shill for her business. It's not gross like that other post said. After all, she's not a child or is just off doing her own thing. She works for her father to help manage his newfound fame. She's fair game.
Is it a scam tho when she's drinking her own koolaid? Also, stupid eating is pretty tangential. I can see
both sides.

No shit. Not the same thread, but:

Is an actual real post made by a real person in 2018

Pretty sure that place is a complete writeoff at this point
I just checked the Tommy Robinson thread there, fucking hell.

People cheering that he is free, saying he did nothing wrong, defending the edl, calling antifa and blm hate movements...

Anyone watch PSA Sitch? I don't always agree with him, but I enjoy his humor.

Can you please put a quick summary for people at work who can't watch the vid right away?
Like for now we know that the youtuber can have controversial opinion but he's supposed to be funny and ?
Yeah, I think I was the first person to jump at that guys bullshit.

Can't believe how much it changed though, absolutely crazy to think I spent nearly 10 years there and now it's like that.
It makes sense actually, after the very public break no one decent would ever think of posting there.
i mean you've been there with us for 10 years right?
You know we're not gonna to willingly stand for a rapist who is in denial of his actions.
I mean regardless of everything we're not the alt right that would stand for anyone that was on their side, regardless of whether or not they were literally the devil.
So with all the decent people leaving and the site hurting for traffic and users, the owner did a rebranding trying to milk what's left of the old stone.

Holy shit, MotionBlue a 49min vid?
I'm sorry but please sum it up or something, it's way too long.

Strangely enough there are a few people that try to genuinely argue with the new 'residents'. A form of masochism I assume.
Sunk cost fallacy or they're just useful idiots trying to improve the board image or something.
Can't really be genuine about belief that women are humans deserving of respect and still knowingly support someone with as little regard for women as that guy.
We had an excuse before, we don't now. Hence Resetera.

TLDR: Most of the alt-right hate him. Hes labelled alt-right when hes just an old-fashioned conservative.

One issue is that the meaning of the term alt-right is such an umbrella of shitheads that he might fulfill only a selection of the subgroups, giving ammunition to classify him either way.

The solution, in my opinion, is to understand that it's reaaaaaally fucking easy to not fall into any of those subgroups, let alone multiple.

The Wikipedia entry for alt-right describes it as

He's isolationist, frequently railing against "globalism" and furthering conspiracy theories to that end.
He's dabbled in anti-semitism and Holocaust/Nazi revisionism.
He and his wife are closet homophobes, as revealed by his former colleagues speaking out, and he's a rampant anti-feminist and misogynist.
He's an islamophobe and a science denier, and his entire schtick is populism aimed at disenfranchised young males.
He's also an icon for MRA's and Christian fundies.

If someone's an apologist, they'll say "well he isn't literally preaching for a white ethnostate so he can't be alt-right!", but that, to me, is more ludicrous than a claim asserting the opposite, for the reasons I illustrated above.

Dude's alt-right.

I probably wouldn't call JP alt-right or even alt-lite. He's more adjacent to them, in that he uses a lot of their same tactics and explicitly targets people who either are leaning that way or are already alt-right/lite. His actual beliefs, though, are more in line with High Toryism and Kirkian traditional conservatism than the alt-right, which - while not genocidal - still isn't much better given its reverence towards the status quo, traditional hierarchies in particular; this is also why the alt-right don't like him, since he's bringing their recruits and potentials back into the mainstream, albeit at one of its farthest right points.

He tweets Milo articles and defends Lauren Southern. He's not arguing for genocide, but he's promoting regressive conservatism and wants to silence minorities.

It's a simple thing: who does he associate himself with? Alt-right figureheads. If he's not alt-right, he's complicit in the proliferation of it at best and holding his tongue just enough to allow for disbelief that he's alt-right himself.

I see nothing wrong with how he's been characterized. He's not exempt from the adage that you're only as good as the company you keep.

Peterson is, 100%, without a doubt, Alt-Right.

Anyone claiming he isn't at this point is a deluded fool or a shill.

It's a cess-pit of dishonesty, bigotry, and hate.

So no.

I don't know much about him but I listened to the Rogan podcast and didn't get that impression. So I guess I am a deluded fool or a shill. Then again, some people refer to Rogan as Alt Right with I think is absurd.

I guess so.

Also:

Read. The. Thread.

By association alone, the shit he props up, he is 100% alt-right.

The evidence speaks for itself.

Met an old friend for the first time in a while and to my horror he suggests Jordan Peterson to me. We'll be meeting up again in a week.

Months ago, I pretty much wrote Peterson off after one brief exposure where I watched a video of him giving some creepy advice to what seemed to be exclusively male students. Now I've felt the need to research this asshole.

Kill me.

Relevant?

I'm going to say relevant (A bit of a heads-up, the audio is distorted fairly heavily).

All I really know about this guy is that people yell at me when I make fun of him on Twitter (just to show you how angry those people seem to get: I have 0 real followers and tweeted like 50 times so I have to imagine they quite literally yell at anybody not praising the dude) and send me links to 5 hours lectures that I need to watch to understand why the stupid thing he said is actually not stupid at all.

Had a friend tell me I couldn't cite one misogynistic or bigoted quote from Peterson because it would likely be out of context of a three hour lesson.

Is this a meme?

But the thing is, he really isn't. In fact, his actual beliefs are pretty mainstream conservative bull crap that's been refuted time-and-time again. It's partly why I think, besides being unprepared, people have been failing at debating him, and that's because they're going into the mindset that - like other alt-right darlings - he's a neofascist Molyneux-like who will start talking about IQ differences when given the chance, when he's really just a milquetoast tradcon who's saying all the same things we've heard a million times from the likes of William F. Buckley Jr. and Ben Shapiro.

Dude loves to claim that he's "being misrepresented" and "taken out-of-context", even when it's clear from the context that what he's saying isn't much better.

No, he is. 100%.

He collaborates with the alt-right, he supports the alt-right via social media, and he shares many views that fuel factions of the alt-right like incels and he knows exactly what he's doing.

He. Is. Alt. Right.

We'll have to agree to disagree, then. And it doesn't matter regardless, since him sharing the ideological common ground with twats like Jacob Rees-Mogg isn't any better than if he were more ideologically aligned with Richard Spencer.

And I'm also not denying either that he isn't popular with the alt-right or using them as a springboard to launch his ass-backwards ideals, but I think they just latched on to him because 1) they agree with his stance on women, trans issues, PC culture, "Cultural Marxism", etc, and 2) he's well-spoken and mild-mannered, which was great for both the alt-right on the issues in 1 and with the mainstream conservatives he has more in common with who needed an intellectual to spout their nonsense.

Is that the argument that suggests Trump isn't a racist even though racists like him?

Probably the Keto diet, which is not exclusive to Jordan Peterson.

This movement came in popularity because of Shawn baker. She heard it from him if I'm not mistaken on the Joe Rogan podcast. There quiet a lot of good n=1 result coming in from people doing the carnivore challenge. So maybe science will pick it up soon kinda like how keto first needed to get a critical mass before science took serieus again.

I just found out about this guy not too long ago. I know this forum mostly dislikes Joe Rogan so the fact people are posting videos of him "destroying" this guy lets me know he is waaaaaaaaay disliked lol.
