So I got banned on League and it's not my fault (sorta)

There's basically no chance you were permanently banned just for toxicity without prior bans.

No, he has absolutely zero chance of getting his account back by saying that.
For those who don't understand the situation, he didn't get permabanned because his friend was toxic. He'd have to be insanely toxic (by League standards, no less) to get permabanned in a few games. I don't even think that's even possible unless you go full nazi and constantly spam chat. Otherwise, you get chat restricted or temporarily banned a few times before getting permabanned.
He got banned because he shared his account to get his rank boosted. That's an instant permaban because it screws matchmaking for everybody else. This guy seems to be hard stuck in silver (which means he is quite bad at the game) and wanted his plat friend to boost him. I'm gonna guess he wanted to get gold for the skins or even plat if possible.
In any case, once he'd been boosted, nine other players for quite a few games would have to suffer his silver ass until he got demoted to where he truly deserves to be. Ruining the game for everybody else is the reason he got the ban, not because his friend berated a Sion on the other team.
As someone who is currently hardstuck silver on my "rank alt" this season - can confirm that this isn't the case.
It does though mean you probably need to work on your rotations after the laning phase.

I'm not sure what more I can contribute than telling you to be careful with your language because you clearly violated the TOS of League and are only digging yourself in a deeper hole. Account sharing has been a bannable offense since League's beta.

I might be wrong but I remember reading that it was going to be stopped for the same reason junior members were going to be hidden, to avoid any antagonistic behaviour against any users
Maybe I'm wrong or maybe that policy changed, I don't have much sympathy for OP either way
