I think what he means is that the base game is actually free now on PC, they want to make money with the season passes.
This is a common mistake, that is just showing what game was last on left, and then next games month is the question mark on the right :P
Damn that's a great month! Bought FH2 on sale last month tho ...At least it was only $5! :)

Oh I see. Are we sure about that? I know they did a week-long giveaway of the starter edition back in June, but I wasn't aware of any extension.
Another For Honor question. Is the season pass, pointless? Is it the same as R6S where it just gets you access without a grind kind of thing?

The campaign is playable in co-op.
It's OK. It's akin to a Battlefield campaign. It's not going to set the world on fire, but it's solid enough.
Yeah, you can get the heroes for free with in game currency. You can generate it quicker than you can on R6 Siege as well.
The main thing to know is that you should only open any loot chests you get once you hit at least prestige 3 with a character.
Also, you will need to pay in game currency for all of the standard heroes, but that is just to customise them. You can play them without paying.
Already have FHorizon 2, but that's a damn good month for me. I've always been curious on For Honor, but never felt like actually paying for it. Glad I'll be able to try it.

Oh, you're in for a treat, FH2 is magical. Haven't played 3 but the atmosphere in 2 is beyond good.
Can't wait for 4, that's gonna make the Game Pass a must have.
Good stuff! Was eyeballing For Honor pretty hard during the current sale since I don't have a multiplayer game currently. With the upcoming expansion and coop mode I am very excited to try it out. Also FH2 just got X enhanced, right? Either way this is super cool.
Sweet. Never got FH2, but I'm also still balls deep in FH3, and FH4 is out in what, a month? I have no idea when I'm ever going to get to that one....I also like that both XB1 GWG games this month are FH games. ;)
Solid month, rented For Honor before and found it boring but for free i'll keep it. Love the Horizon series, own 1 and 2 but not 3, wish 3 was the one available or at least in Gamepass.

Not bad at all. I've been meaning to try out a Forza Horizon game, and I suppose it's time I gave Dead Space 3 a shot.
Holy crap, I was just about to buy For Honor, too. This is great. I'll probably give DS3 a shot as well.
A decent month I guess (especially as For Honour isn't too old) but nothing I'd want to play. Just played FH3 recently and 4 is out soon, so not sure I'd want to burn myself out with 3 Forzas in the space of a few months (and I'm sure 3/4 will be much better games anyhow). For Honour I didn't like, DS3 isn't great and I don't suppose EM2 is anything to write home about either.
