Maybe the whole point of the "ruler" is just to act as their one-man army and protect the people from danger. The actual ruling is done, say, via direct democracy, no parliament or anything needed. The trailer contains both:
1) Outsider who knows nothing about the current culture, trends, economic problems, or laws should be our new monolithic ruler!
2) He who is able to physically defeat our ruler should be our new monolithic ruler!
How do these magnificent and technologically advanced cultures have such moronic political systems?
Maybe it's a metaphor.
Don't suppose you have a link for 2.3.1 version? On site its just the 2.3 version but having it not pause minimised apps was handy from 2.3.1Your data is still there. At least it should be there. just install older version and remove .sql file from program folder.

Then it's totally logically to get the strongest person for the job, no matter what he knows about the culture. I guess the question of loyalty is important, like how are they gonna make sure he doesn't just break into their treasury and go his merry way?
Reading on a different forum that MS has discontinued fullscreen exclusive mode in Windows 10 and has removed it, where the current (said to be inconsistent) implementation is an emulation.
Anyone had experience with fullscreen exclusive issues on Windows 10? I'm curious how this affects gaming.
What does Windows' "Fullscreen Optimization" option do and why does it make games like Battlefront 2 unplayable for me? I was getting extreme stuttering when performing actions for the first time when first loading up the campaign mode, and just overall bad performance throughout. I then found out about disabling this option and it fixed all my issues. Am I supposed to disable this option for every other game I play too?
"Fullscreen optimization" emulates exclusive fullscreen essentially making a game run in a mode similar to borderless windowed even though it requests exclusive fullscreen. This may and does lead to some issues in some games on some configs (seems to be dependent on a display device mostly) so when you're getting lots of stuttering then you should try disabling it for the game with this issue.

Bet you can't post 100 new anime jifs.
It was an average game, but I somewhat enjoyed playing it. But I highly doubt it would run decently on a low-end laptop, I played it on release and this game was very demanding, I was struggling to get decent performance on my old GTX 770 4gb with just 1080p resolution.I see Agents of Mayhem available on Steam for 7,50. Is it worth it? Also, will it run on my low-end laptop that could run Saints Row 3/4 somewhat decently?
If you're not looking into content creation, an i5 chip is better.I've been out of the PC gaming scene for a while now due to my 10-year old PC not holding up, but since it's also at its last-legs, I'm thinking of refreshing it.
If I have a budget of around $800-$1000, give or take - is Ryzen 2600/1070Ti a good get?
Are anyone knew Faeria worth buying or not after it abandoning the f2p scheme?
Wait? When did Faeria stop being f2p? And what does it mean for us who already have the game in our library due to we played it when it was f2p?
Happy birthday, FunktionJCB ! That's a great giveaway, too bad I'm working on my backlog right now.
Just want to double check...
I plan on getting a PC (i7 8700k, GTX1080, overclocked, liquid cooling, 16gb ram, etc). In terms of PSU as I'm a bit clueless on that, I've been told to go for a platinum rating 750W by a acquaintance, but how important is it? Could I get away with a lower rating to trim down elsewhere? The PSU recommended is a 650+ 80Plus.
Any decent 650W PSU will suffice. The EVGA G3 is part of the recommended high-end builds in the INANPC thread, but there's also the slightly cheaper GQ variant if you're looking to lower the cost as much as reasonably possible. I wouldn't buy a 1080 at this juncture, though, as the 1170 and 1180 are rumoured to launch late next month/early September.
Thanks for the answer. Another dumb question (inexperienced with this sort of stuff), is it safe to skimp out on the GPU and use my old one (550ti) until the 1180 comes out and swap it over on a overclocked CPU?

Google's heuristics marked it down as a virus for some reason. Want me to reup somewhere, or do you prefer to keep it safe?

Since today (22nd) is my birthday, I decided to do a little giveaway, with a game for each year of my age. :)
I hope whoever wins these enjoys them.
