Budokai 3, easy.

Though I always found the Tenkaichi opening to be entertaining as well.

I have a soft spot for the Dragon Ball Origins opening because I love the low poly style.

This topic reminds me of a video I created for my old website back in 2011:

I always liked the unique style of the first Tenkaichi intro, but budokai 3 it's up there too.

budokai 3 easily

If they brought back Kageyama and had an original opening animation for FighterZ it would have been, bar none, the greatest game of all time.

I have a soft spot for Raging Blast 2.

Animation is not very impactful at times, but the direction and song are great.

Also Ultimate Tenkaichi's is great.

This is Tatsuya Nagamine's first time directing something Dragon Ball (Though he was an assistant on an episode of GT and Path to Power), Fans will know him for being responsible for the change in direction for the Universe Surivival arc and he's also directing the new movie.
Opening loses points for not having an original song though, and this was one of the things that started the Head Cha La over saturation that we had for awhile.

In the tenkaichi 2 intro there's a scene where vegeta and trunks are standing back to back and vegeta looks mad shook of him

budokai 2 had the best song

budokai 3 intro music sounds just like the second db kai opening
