Still no fucking S2000?! Integra?! ugh

Thanks, didn't know there was more details yet. Where did you see it?

They tweeted out the suit editor.. last week maybe? If you go back through some of these pages, there is a teaser clip of it. Looks cool. The new track has been shown off in two teasers too, seems to be set in France with lavender fields, a large lake and bridge.

Having the 787B in the game makes me very happy!

I know people cry about road cars but I personally couldn't give a shit. Just give us more cars that can be used in sport mode and in online racing.

Same. They are a bit of fun in VR but they have a huge part of their personality stripped out due to PD's decision to not simulate the clutch.

Just annoying that I still haven't been able to try any of the super GT cars yet or the classic LMP's due to the price and my refusal to grind something I don't want to do, wasting hours of my life to get the money to buy them.

I'm just as interested in the general tweaks and refinements. This time around could have quite a few.

If you just do the campaign, the occasional Sport mode race and daily mileage you'll have enough credits and/or win them.

This is part of the problem with the design of GTS. It claims to be a multiplayer focused game but locks plenty of content away in the manner of a single player game. The game should have everything unlocked and available as does Project Cars 2 if it wanted to be truly a multiplayer title.

I mainly just want to play VR and the odd Sport race but I don't have many of the cars for the ones I want to do. Finished the structured content ages ago.

I can see the complaints about the 20 million cars but you can make enough for a SuperGT car in like two or three races? It is hardly that grindy.

This is the method I use to make easy money. If you do 3 clean races, you can earn enough to buy a Gr.1 car in 35 minutes. 4 dirty races will get you a Gr.2 car in 45. Listen to Garth Marenghi's soothing voice.

Don't worry about the 15-20 million credit cars unless you're a total completionist.

I have an hour maybe 2 hrs a day to devote to entertainment. Not spending that time doing a crappy race over and over when there are much more entertaining things to do.

I'd like the 20mllion cars because they look like some of the more interesting in the game and would be great to try in VR.

Ohhh, i will try that. Thanks for sharing.

Edit: 4th place on my first try, no clean race bonus.

It would be fine if you earned decent credits for the modes like VR, time trial, custom races, etc. where I spend the vast majority of my time. GT League is horrible and when there is VR and Sport I can do better things with my time within the game.

I just looked at my stats. I have earned about 14 million in total and played the game for 120 hrs, with 90 of them being active driving. That's an average of 144,000 credits per hour of active gameplay with the better cars costing around a million. Most of those credits have come from the campaign mode which make up a tiny amount of the play time I have spent with the game.

It's a strange decision to arbitrarily lock content in such a way. Especially with how many hours go into creating the content.

Just use the GT40 de tuned to N300. Even more money, piece of cake and fun to drive. Just add custom gearbox and set top speed. No other tweaking necessary.

Another car patch teaser, another round of disappointment at no sign of the Type R line, S2000, etc.

F1 car is Lewis Hamilton's

https://www.gtplanet.net/lewis-hamiltons-mercedes-w08-f1-car-is-coming-to-gran-turismo-sport/

After close inspection, the car is none other than the Mercedes AMG F1 W08 EQ Power+.
This was the most dominant car on the F1 grid in 2017, earning Mercedes its F1 Constructor's Championship and carrying Lewis Hamilton to his fourth F1 World Driver's Championship.

Needless to say, this is a big addition for Gran Turismo Sport, and a milestone for the franchise. It's the first time a contemporary Formula 1 car has appeared in a Gran Turismo game since 2010, when the Ferrari F10 was featured in Gran Turismo 5.

Not the biggest F1 fan but always intrigued to see such a car modelled to PD's standards. It's a significant car for the series too.

Of course with the livery creator we'll be able to get the full F1 grid from the current era. Collecting all the mid '80's liveries for the F1500T was as much fun as driving the thing.

I just starting playing the game after having purchased it a couple of months ago. Might slick game and the UI is so good. All the free updates are great.
