Have a link to this leak? There was that one leak that claimed FW 5.00 and 5.50 added some behind the scenes changes for big features down the line. FW 6.00 could be when these features see the light of day.

Refunds is not a firmware level feature/service.
Excited for PSN name change and PS1/PS2 backwards compatibility!
It was not a leak, if I remember correctly, a Naughty Dog employee (or something like that) posted it on a GAF topic where people were complaining about update 5.0. He said that the update had several things "under the hood" that would serve for future updates.
For some reason the North America link isn't working for me. :C
I'm gonna fuck you upExcited for PSN name change and PS1/PS2 backwards compatibility!
And it was true, 5.5 brought Pro Supersampling which was an often requested feature. It was not a leak, if I remember correctly, a Naughty Dog employee (or something like that) posted it on a GAF topic where people were complaining about update 5.0. I keep getting a sony 404 page with snake yelling anyone else have this problem ?
Ok I thought they reached their limit on sign upsThey removed the link. Someone probably must have put it up before the time, happened with 5.50 as well.
It should come back in the next few days.
Whenever I click the NA link I get a 404 error. Is there a different link?
Don't forget the clock in the quick menu.Yeah.. rest and boost mode were game changers. Since then the updates have been very boring, at least for me.
Yeah, especially stuff related to PS Store (like gifting and refunds)ya'll asking for weird things that don't seem like they'd require a firmware update for them to implement haha
The increase in cloud save storage space was a backend change too and it was communicated as part of a firmware update.Again, PSN Name Changes have nothing to do with firmware the console runs on. It's a backend thing. If at all ever, you'll likely do it on the web.
So was boost mode but they were just fine silently adding it.Name change is kinda big so I doubt it's just gonna be in firmware update. Gamescom announce or smth maybe.
