Your canned food of choice for when you can't be bothered to cook a real meal ?

Mine is also canned lentil soup.

I don't typically eat just straight canned food as a meal even in the most laziest of circumstances, but I'll be damned if I don't love me some canned refried beans.

But my too lazy to cook cut to meal is always a rotisserie chicken, sliced raw cucumbers or peppers and some bbq sauce.

I was going to post some hormel chili but the Amy's soups are pretty good too. I've had the barley, tomato bisque, lentil and no chicken noodle soup. All were great even the no chicken noodle.

Sardines on crackers.

I'll eat this shit right out of the can.


This one must be pan fried otherwise...gross.



Some mayo and you're good to go.

Canned tuna over rice.

Little bit of soy sauce for flavor.

Curry in a can.

I prefer the lentil vegetable but I love their soups.


Another meal I would make would be to get some Whole Wheat crackers and put mayo and tuna fish on top.

My soup of choice. Lots of variety and a good cost-to-fullness ratio. Way too much sodium, though...

Canned tuna seasoned with chili pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, onion and lots of olive oil with tomato in a good bread.

10 min preparation and tastes so good.

When I can't be bothered to cook a meal I get take out or something frozen. Not from a can.

I don't eat canned food for whatever reason. The laziest stuff I eat is stuff out of a box or some kind of packet.

Gotta be some Solid White albacore. Love me some tuna fish sammiches.

Or Squid in ink.

Spam (+ steamed rice).

Tuna in oil, homemade sauerkraut, lots of mayo and curry. Everything mixed together.

...it's made with lemongrass and has a decent amount of heat.

Corned Beef Hash, Spam, or Campbell's Chunky soup.

Can't go wrong with fried SPAM and eggs topped with ketchup.

Other than whole tomatoes, Wild Planet Solid White Albacore tuna is probably the only canned food I eat.

Ramen. Canned food has something unsettling about it.

2/3 cans of tuna, bunch of deli mustard.

Pair with a protein shake and you got yourself a meal brother.
