None of them. They're what they are for where they're from. You sell most of those IPs to wildly different devs/publishers and chances are they will no longer be the same.
Correct this hate boner for EA is really reaching Poe's law Meme levels. I mean OP said Mass Effect to CDPR it doesn't get more Memey than that.

Mercenaries to Volition (They could use Red Faction Guerrilla influence)

Command and Conquer to Sega

Burnout to Codemasters

The Saboteur to Ubisoft so AC Origins team could make it in different historic eras. (Berlin after the WW2 involving the wall, Vietnam War etc)

Dead Space to Capcom

I like you.

I came for The Saboteur, and this might be a great idea.

Take cues from The Saboteur, your weapons, gadgets, guns, etc are from that time period, area.

Need for Speed? I'm not sure because I want it to stay an arcade racer.

I need to think about 3 more.

They got the rights when they bought Free Radical. They also bought the rights to Homefront.
Free Radical had just released Haze and were working on Battlefront 3 and Timesplitters 4.
Instead of having Free Radical finish Timesplitters 4 (I'm sure BF3 had some IP issues) or even make a compilation remaster of 1, 2, and Future Perfect, Crytek said it was a financial risk and instead they had them make a more realistic FPS in the form of a Homefront sequel (even though the first Homefront wasn't a huge success and Free Radical's last realistic FPS, Haze, was a commercial failure). Before the game was even finished, Crytek had to sell off the studio and rights to it, making the entire thing a financial blunder and a huge shame we never got a Timesplitters remaster and sequel. Timesplitters Rewind also seems to be in development hell.
Ugh. Thanks. This is such a shame.

I just realized that I don't give a single shit about any of EA's franchises, despite me liking quite a few of their games.

edit: nvm, they own Titanfall. But that should stay with Respawn.

I wouldn't want CDPR to touch Mass Effect, I wouldn't have any faith in them doing anything good to the franchise. Heck I think Obsidian would do a considerably better job.

I like the Command and Conquer to Sega

syndicate to harebrained schemes would be another great choice

Burnout to Codemasters would be interesting to see.

I honestly feel like CDPR is just so different from the Bioware feel. Would rather the IP, and Bioware with it, go to a publisher like MS that'll give them full control.

If I can't do that probably Ubisoft. They at least make decent games. I know it won't be bad.

Just give Star Wars to whoever as long as it's multiplat. Don't think it can get worse than two underwhelming MP shooter in five years.

Mass Effect to CDPR because those guys can ace it.
Command and Conquer to Sega so Relic can make it.

I'd give Simcity to Colossal Order but they already make Cities: Skylines so there isn't even a reason for Simcity to exist anymore.

I'd give Dead Space to From Software so they can make a Sci-Fi horror souls game in a derelict space station.

Mass Effect to CDPR, for reasons already mentioned
Mirror's Edge to Flying Wild Hog, because the movement in Shadow Warrior 2 felt really good, and I think they could nail something more realistic
Crusader to FromSoftware, because I feel they could translate the original's methodical and at-times cautious gameplay into 3D fairly well

I'd just disperse all of EA's stuff to different devs:

Mass Effect to Obsidian
Burnout to Polyphony Digital
Need for Speed to Turn10 Studios
Dead Space to Kojima Productions
The Saboteur and Skate to Ubisoft
Star Wars to CD Projekt RED
Battlefield to Guerrilla Games
Dragon Age to Bethesda
Titanfall to Bungie
All Sports Titles to Sony San Diego [to coincide with the level of quality of the "THE SHOW" titles. NFL THE SHOW, NHL THE SHOW, etc]
Mirror's Edge to Techland
SimCity and The Sims to Firaxis
Plants vs Zombies, Unravel, and Warp to Nintendo
The rest, meh.

Battlefield >> Ubisoft

Mirror's Edge >> Sony

Burnout >> Codemasters

Star Wars >> Activision or Starbreeze (I think they could both do an incredible GaaS experience which I think would suit the SW IP)

Titanfall >> Bethesda (I think there's potential for an expansive RPG in that universe. Think next level power armour).

Damn tough choices, I agree with
Mass Effect to CDPR

I could easily give to Sony because it makes sense

Dead Space
FIFA
Star Wars

But at the end I'll choose Star Wars

Except for burnout going to anyone except a ms dev, I don't think selling to another company will work.

What do you mean?
I guess if you don't go outside of Era you would not have seen it, but in the wider gaming community at large CDPR are worshiped as gods and can take any western RPG and make it better. Just Imagine how God of War is spoken about on this forum, but multiply it because the game is multi platform. This wonderful post also has the Joy of adding EA is bad to the meme sandwich. Also a popular "joke" in the gaming community.

But to add to the topic people could be more interesting with their choices Like

Obsidian with The Last of Us and their excellent branching dialogue trees and quests.

Insomniac with Mario, how crazy would that be?

Sony Santa Monica with Gears of War

Naughty Dog with Ninja Gaiden

You know something more creative than "Gib IP from publisher/devs I don't like to publisher/Devs I do like.

Mirror's Edge - Techland
They did such a great job with Dying Light's parkour that I would like to see them try and give Mirror's Edge the game it deserves.

Dead Space - Capcom
Who better than the Resident Evil 2 team to reboot Dead Space?

Nintendo - Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare
Nintendo would definitely make it fun and support it for a while.

Microsoft - Dragon Age
If they are going to bring back Fable, I'd love to see what they would do with Dragon Age.

CD Projekt Red - Mass Effect
Didn't like Witcher, and don't like the sound of Cyberpunk. Mass Effect would be killer.

I not even sure I can name 5 different EA franchises. Let's see, there's Need For Speed, FIFA, and Madden, I heard a lot about EA and Battlefront last year so that must be one. Am I missing anything?

I'd sell Need For Speed to Bamco so they can do a Ridge Racer vs Need For Speed game, and FIFA to Konami so they have a relevant soccer game, Madden America can keep, and Battlefront to SEGA, cause they need all the help they can get, and people would love a new SEGA Starwars game.
