Remember all the divers put their life on the line to help those kids. Can you imagine how he feels to hear some egomaniac billionaire constantly talking about how his toy could do the same.

An insult like "Stick your submarine where it hurts" is pure comedy right out of an Armando Iannucci flick.

Calling someone a pedo isn't even witty. It's baseless, classless, and childish. The man outlined why the sub wouldn't have worked in basic terms and Elon replies, "Well, he's a pedo!" What the fuck is that? It makes him look deranged. At least have a witty comeback.

Elon Musk is born South African and up until recently i was proud that a South African has made it on the international stage. Now i am not a fan at all. I am starting to see a different side to this man and it aint pretty.

Lmao wtf is this nonsense. The diver's response to the question he was asked by CNN was perfectly "normal."

"He brought it on himself." Good grief.

Normal people also don't criticize someone trying to help by telling them to shove a submarine up their arse.

If a normal person worked their ass off and risked their lives to save half a dozen people and a petulant egotistical billionaire and his cult of deranged bootlickers kept trying to take credit by inventing falsities about their role, a normal person would tell them to shove it. Some might even use stronger language and still be justified.

There's also the gross connotation to Musk's insane accusation that it's because Vernon Unsworth, the diver, lives in Thailand. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Musk made the leap from a place of stereotyping, and it adds an extra layer of disgusting implications to Musk.

Prove it or go fuck yourself. Simple enough right?

Also for the mod that reads this, consider who you're going to warn/ban. Someone who says the word fuck , or someone who accuses people of being stans with no proof.
Are you perhaps confusing "stan" with "shill"? Because this amount of indignation feels disproportional.

Coarse language is not how I would describe your post. Rather, I would describe it as very uncivil. "Go fuck yourself" is not just coarse language.

I shouldn't have to. That's the point.

You shouldn't have to post around here with a preface. You should be able to post without being accused of being a shill or Stan or whatever. Don't you think?
If you think you're being unfairly targeted, that's what the report button is there for.

You knew you were breaking the rules by telling multiple people to go fuck themselves.

Being slighted doesn't give you the personal right to break the rules.

Also when you come in with a dismissive post to a legitimate criticism based on a segue, you're going to face flak. Either own your words or don't, but don't act shocked when people take umbrage to them.

Depends if you have a history of being a stan I guess? It's not like people can check post histories in here. For a guy who has made a ton of posts in like, 3-4 different Musk threads in the past week, being very loud and often aggressive and talking down people and whining about the "Musk hate" and so on, that seems like a stan to me. A person with no investment wouldn't care to go to bat for a billionaire being shat on in a gaming forum. Obviously you care about defending him and talking down people who make fun of him or hate on him. Or you don't value your time and spend a lot of it posting about stuff you don't actually care about? Sus.

I don't want to equate the below with what Elon Musk said as Musk is in the wrong to assume anything about this guy. He needs to apologize ASAP. With that said:

When I lived in Thailand for a couple months, it was a bit alarming the amount of ~50 year old Australian guys with very young women (possibly underaged) with them.

Keep digging so Musk gets a chance to use his sub. If we're lucky we never hear from either of you ever again.

And "stan" isn't a slur my dude lmao

But I said the bad words (which I own) after those posters called me a Stan ..?

For the second time.

If someone else has broken the rules, report them. You do not get to suspend the rules because you don't like what's being said about you.
