And yet, you dont seem to understand that he hasnt RELEASED anything besides empty promises and youtube videos. So hung up on the drama and commits, missing the key part.

I guess you get angry over broken games not getting credit as well?

That Alien PC game that recently had one error in code found, must make you Hulk angry.
Hi there zychi, I'm a former dev in the homebrew scene. I did a lot of work on the RetroArch emulator on the Wii years back.

People like you are universally despised by all the people doing actual work in the scene.

Most of the work we do is not for end users but because we enjoy the work and want to share it when it's ready to release. But people like you are whiny babies who just scream and throw tantrums until you get what you want. Even if it means paying money to scammers and pirates to get it "NOW!!!!".

People like you are driving devs away from the scene. I hope you can understand that. People like you are the #1 reason I don't do homebrew stuff anymore.

Hope you enjoy paying money for every exploit in the future when TX is the only people left on the Switch after you drive everyone else away. Only they don't find exploits, only staple piracy loaders on top of them.

User Warned: Homebrew does not equal piracy, please do not equate them.
Finally we can look forward having those great homebrew Tetris games everybody loves so much on our Switches, and those emulators which everybody is only using ROMs with they legally own.

is it safe to upgrade to the latest firmware? I haven't installed any homebrew but I don't really want to lose the option to in the future.

LOL
Yeah, we can finally run Linux on our Switch. That's the main reason people want CFW on their Switches.

Kinda depends on which CFW you want to run on your Switch AFAIK
If you plan to use SX OS you are free to upgrade to 5.1
