Everything black people were saying in the 90s and on has turned out to be true. Just using the 90s because I was too young in the 80s to remember any of that talk. I'm sure they have been saying it forever.
Me in the 90s was closer to the few bad apples crowd, but fuck me. It was all true. This is a big part of the reason I have learned that listening and empathy are paramount. I refused to grasp many of the accounts back then but now some of those are tame by comparison.
