Do games ever get removed from Game Pass, or once they're added do they just stay in the lineup forever? (Getting an Xbox One today and curious about how this works.)
They are still a pretty small team. They have done a lot of work on the Switch version since launch(it was ported by another dev) and this summer has some huge updates where they overhaul the XP system, account system adding crossplay parties and rocket pass. I'm guess the enhanced patch needed to be put in the backburner till these are all done.
The port was done by Panic Button, who seems to be busy with switch ports at the moment. Unfortunately this port seems to have taken a backseat. It really could benefit from an X patchThey are still a pretty small team. Not making an excuse I'm telling you why it's taking so long.I don't care for any of the excuses it should have been there long before now.
I love Rocket League, but it has a bunch of loot box bullshit and they probably hope to make money that way. This might be the push that makes the game bigger on Xbox than on PS, which is kinda insane.
Very cool!
I wonder how this might change the active player base by platform. If Xbox One already has 35% of the active player base despite releasing a year later and never being free with Gold, Game Pass could seriously boost those numbers further.
Same here. Either way, I plan to check out NMS on the bone.
Rocket League was my introduction to loot boxes. It confused me. How do I unlock them? How do you earn keys? I have to buy them? What's the point of that if you don't even know what's in the box? Lol nobody would spend money on that it's stupid.I love Rocket League, but it has a bunch of loot box bullshit and they probably hope to make money that way.
Nice to see Rocket League still doing well, it's a great game. Is it ... three years old now? I remember getting it on PS+ in July of 2015.
They announced at the beginning of this year that it won't be coming until the fall or winter of this year. If you keep expecting it any earlier you're only continually setting yourself up for disappointment.Still absolutely ridiculous this still isn't Xbox One X Enhanced. Was really hoping that would be announced today
It coming a whole year after the consoles release is quite poor. They announced at the beginning of this year that it won't be coming until the fall or winter of this year. If you keep expecting it any earlier you're only continually setting yourself up for disappointment.
