MS Store error: Darksiders 3 in Fury's Collection ($40; Xbox One) [UPDATE: REVOKED; Ask for refund)

I got 7 download in queue for this pack. Ds 1/2/3 and few dlc
I told it to install from the website. That might've been why.
I tried that as well and theres nothing. When I look up darksiders 3 on my xbox, the only option I have is "manage", it takes me to the content available to install for the game and theres nothing there. Size: 0 GB
Because Microsoft has been very good at revoking licenses of these store errors this gen.
Bought and now all three games have options to install on my xbox. Hope this stays but I saved a pdf of the price and bundle contents just in case. Anyone know if I can check a list of games i own online instead of on the console?
So will this basically give me DS 1 and 2 and then DS3 when it comes out? It's bit out till end of November is it?
You said DS3 wasn't included in this, but it is. Also, I haven't had keys revoked for pricing errors from MS in the past.
Thats the screw up, someone included Darksiders 3 in this bundle. When you clikc on the store link, at the bottom it says items included and Darksiders 3 is in there
Go to Microsoft.com and go to orders. You'll see it there and it'll show that the bundle includes all 3.
I don't think it's a Bundle screw up, it has Fury in the name and in the art work. It appears to he exactly what is advertised just priced low.
Yeah I have that page with the contents of the bundle saved as a pdf. Hope this sticks and if not hope they give me a refund and some credit.
With how long this has been available. They'll more than likely do something major, rather than just try to quietly erase it.
It would be awesome if they just say ok we messed up so take all three games and shut up!
Preordered but it doesn't show in my ready to install list like every other preorder usually does. Hopefully haven't just paid for 1 and 2.. .
Check the game page to see if you own it and check your Microsoft account to see that it's in the bundle you just bought.
It shows in the bundle and shows when I view the blades and whip edition but certainly doesn't seem like a normal preorder.
I chatted with microsoft and they were aware of the error and said they are working on it. I had the same issue as you where it didnt show up anywhere and they said I only owned the first 2 games. So I got a refund.

Cuz that's a $89.99 game included in a $39.99 bundle lol. I see it's there on the site, but it's not showing up in my Ready To Install list. Just hoping they honor it is all. :)
If this is a fuck up (likely) and they honour it, would Microsoft have to compensate Nordic? Maybe they'll make more off this than they ever would have with the top tier DS3 edition.
No, there is nothing there for darksiders 3 at all. Not in installed, not in my games and apps, and not in manage. Microsoft said I didn't own it, so they refunded me. They said I only owned the first two games

Can confirm this is true.
I always had the impression they were going to include DS3 on this bundle or a mistake, since it states its furys collection.
MS is removing DS3 from the bundle for at least some point. Check your order history and initiate a refund request if that's the case.
I have absolutely no insight into this specific listing or anything anyone is doing from either company to fix this if it needs to be fixed.
But usually publishers are entirely in control of what they publish, where they publish it, and when. Most storefronts offer tools to developers to configure exactly what they want to configure.
So if this listing is a mistake, then it comes down to whether it was a mistake that Nordic themselves made, or whether it was a mistake someone at Microsoft made, before deciding what happens next or if anyone should be compensated for anything.

afaik microsoft revoked licenses from games that were free on errors (like the infamous Fallout 4 bug), not from games that got wrong discounts. its a different beast to take licenses away when people pay for it. might be remembering wrong though
Refund was smooth and quick, was 5 deep in the queue, but it went fast. Good stuff, fun morning, back to Sniper Elite 4.

my chat rep is assuring me that i will get the D3 Blades & Whips Edition on nov 26th. they even gave me a reference number. i know it won't happen and they are also telling me they are unable to re-activate licenses (as in reactivate the blades and whips edition that is no longer in my purchase history). but that i will still get it.
