I'm so sorry, man. That happened to me on the last dual dokkan festival, I feel that pain too damn well.
The EXACT same thing happened to me last Dokkan festival. I feel like the game knew that and decided to cut me some slack.
Spent around 60€. Had 700 Stones then and spent 630 of them (plus around 30 tickets of each banner)
Got
2x INT Goku & Vegeta
1x PHY Goku & Vegeta
1x PHY Super Vegito
1x PHY Kefla
1x AGL Tapion
2x STR Janemba
and many other SSRs like
3x TEQ Kaioken Goku, 3x STR Majin Vegeta, 1x Kefla...
So happy right now. Had to get to work after summoning on the banners. Can't wait to get home and do the events.

Wanted INT Vegito, ended up getting PHY Gogeta. Same thing happened when I tried for Rosé last time, but ended up with VB. Got three PHY SV out of it though (which are new), too! Not complaining. XD
Still need to do the tickets, but I'll save those for later. ^^

Final haul (So far). From STR saiyan lady on up. Strategy was stick to Fusions chasing until I either rainbowed somebody or I got SS4 Gogeta. Neither came but I really can't be mad. Near Rainbow LR, 2 Dupe Int Gogeta and an off banner Seal Tenks.
Will probably get enough stones to at least finish the buy 3 get 1 that I started on fusions here. Where I go from there I don't know. I do have another chance at SS4 in the future so I may just skip potara entirely and just wait for that. It's not like a potara team is gonna do much fusions won't. Though it's also not like having the super counter of SS4 Gogeta will add that much with a 2 dupe Int Gogeta, that 3 Dupe LR and the 2 Dupe SS3 Gotenks I have.

That's pretty much the norm for me outside of the UI Goku banner, yeah. I seem to get almost all of my meta units off of refund-ticket banners.

So yeah with these two events so far basically have to get hit by the wrong type on purpose to even fuse.
Got lucky on the Gogeta banner, actually got 2 of them in the first 3+1. First time I got a fest unit without spending money.
Is it possible to use the LR and the TUR on the same team and is it worth it, or better to just open a dupe path?
Also got 2 Int Gogeta dupes so that was cool.

This is probably the best set of Dokkan summons I've ever had. Thus far this one, the UI Goku ones and even those ticket summons from the past few weeks, oh yeah the Kefla and Fusion banners as well, those have been my best ones.

Got both LR (fuck yes) and I'm not going for dupes, they hit hard enough as is. I'll probably stick with Potara team since I have LR Goku Black so I guess I won't be seeing the transformations anytime soon. SBR about to be my bitch with those 2 .

What a bummer....my thought was...i shouldnt have looked the units up and hype myself for them.
New pull cycle started with 50 per multi so i likely wouldnt get him anymore.
Then i checked the store and saw that i had some cheap bundles available.... around 40 stones for 4 bucks and 10 stones for a buck.
So enough for one more multi....and got Vegito lol. Happy as fuck.

Got LR Gogeta on the first 30 stone multi, and then didnt get anything else from that banner. Went for LR Vegito and so far i just get PHY SSJ Vegito every multi. Ive pulled 3 Dupes of PHY SSJ Vegito so far and nothing else worthwhile lol So all together i come away with LR Gogeta and 3 PHY vegito dupes. Not terrible, but i still will try for LR Vegito if we get stones for top grossing.
Told my wife it a shit percentage to pull the card so aim for Phy SSB Vegito dupes you got 300 stones she pulls gives me back phone and got LR Vegito on first pull. Best wife ever
