Man I hope not, I love the game but the rallying feels like controlling a hovercraft on ice.

Zooming in there's a bridge of some sort and buildings reminiscent of somewhere like Croatia or Eastern Europe. Maybe it's a tarmac stage/track in a similar style to the one they used in the early PS3 GT Concept (or whatever it was called) demo.
The $20 (often cheaper) starting price totally sidsteps the issue of the different scope from earlier games, in the best way. I'm probably not playing it as much, but I like what's there. The daily distance goal is a nice little nudge to play a couple solid sessions when you do get into it.
Yeah, I feel like $20 (I paid £17 in December) is about the sweet spot for this game. Theyre nailing the regular updates to keep players engaged. Wonder if they'll continue to explore the GaaS model going forward or ever go back to traditional GT?
I was worried it was scapes at first, but if you look at the left side of the reflection of the mountain in the lake, that seems like a game asset.
Hmm...yea looks like it's definitely not to the quality of their scapes! Seems very likely it's a new track then...which is dooooope!
I'm floored, I bought this game for like $35, and I feel like it just keeps on delivering. I just wish I had a good wheel to use :(
In the scapes the camera never moves though. It just zooms in or out.
I still want a Cyberpunk city type track but will settle for some of the tracks from the old games. Can't believe this is still free.
Awesome. Was just thinking about getting back into this earlier today, but it's so hot at the moment I can only imagine I'd turn into a ball of molten goo if I was playing this for hours on end with a wheel at the FFB settings I presently use lol.
I need to complete that goal everyday before playing any other game, is like a challenge to me.
If it is as good as dragon trail and maggiore, I am all about another GT track. I still want some more classics, especially GVS. And of course we need Spa ASAP.
With this being posted on the official GT account and so early in the month, I wonder if they hired that social media manager they were looking for? And if so are there going to be more teases, like cars or modes going forward?
I bought this at launch and played it for maybe a month... I assume I've missed a bunch of updates. Definitely going to boot it back up.
Really, i hope the sales pick up for this gem. Two weeks in, this game has really shaped up to be a great GT title.
A couple of people on GTPlanet are speculating the location looks similar to a spot in Turkey not too far from the Intercity Istanbul Park circuit. Though the castle on the lake doesn't look the same.
