Excuses are nice, a change in thinking is better. This guy sounds like a prick and shows no intensions at all to better himself.
I know everyone jumps on people after apology tweets, but they really needed to say that they absolutely 100% believe women have the nerves to be a CEO.
Whenever someone says "I'm sorry my comments offended people", it feels like they are saying "This is a thing I believe, I'm sorry you find that offensive, but I believe it".

Extremely transparent. Whoever this is is very clearly a vile and toxic person, believed what he said in the moment, and didn't even really apologize for it (the old "Sorry if you're offended" non-apology).

Honestly it seemed like that guy didn't have the nerve to be a CEO in that brief exchange. The commentor said so little but he took it upon himself to write out these long, empty replies that dig himself further and further into a grave. Doing so made him look like both an idiot and an inept leader.

Also I don't know how old they are but I've been gaming since the NES, so long I would now be considered retro - female gamers/geek girls are hardly a "really new thing". It is largely because of sexist pricks like him that female gamers have been mostly quiet and sidelined all these years, and are only just getting the opportunities the men have been enjoying for decades.

You know what men don't have the nerve for? Childbirth. I've seen it firsthand 3 times and no thank you. I love my wife for going through that, but I want no part of it. Women are stronger and more capable than a lot of men want to admit.
