I'd have everyone in the world settle in for a simultaneous 1:1 chat wherein we'd work through their pressing issues and try to dispel any misconceptions in their native tongue. Given omnipotence, let's say that time stops for these conversations, so that they can take (subjectively) as long as is needed.

That either counts as one thing or several billion things. Idea shamelessly stolen from the opening to Space Opera (go read it if you haven't, it's great).

3. Bring back extinct species of animals.

I've never really watched the movie, and have only seen the trailers. Is their a rule against killing Morghan Freeman "God"?
Because I would do that, and keep the powers forever so I can experiment on different world peace to see which one works the best.

1. Terraform Mars into a Terran-class planet with a similar climate Earth had just before the industrial revolution, with an oxygen-rich atmosphere, and drinkable water.
2. Terraform Venus into a Jungle-class planet with a similar climate Earth had just before the meteor killed the dinosaurs, with an oxygen-rich atmosphere, and drinkable water.
3. Transform all coal-, gas-, and nuclear power plants into Fusion Reactors and have the technology & plans readily available for everyone.

Bonus wish: Make myself 23 years again, never age, and quickly regenerate, especially upon receiving damage or dismemberment so I can never die or be killed.

Create livable, free housing available for every person on the planet and equipped with all the modern conveniences found in a First World Nation, ending the homeless crisis
Create an unlimited supply of free, safe, tasty food that also cures all disease.
Create a massive, self-repairing robot workforce that has zero chance of rebelling ever to take over current labor sectors.

Hopefully without the need for food, shelter, and filling low-wage jobs to support either, people can focus more on creative, artistic, and scientific avenues to grow the human race as opposed to destroying and dividing it.

Start over. End the world and repopulate with clones of Carl Sagan. Guide them on a path towards a society something like the Federation in Star Trek.

Without compromising human free will, what do you choose to do with your new omnipotent abilities in the midst of your present, ever turbulent, always memorable world? ^^'

See, I think it's a fallacy that we have to be horrible people to have free will. If God had wanted us to have free will and not be horrible people, he could have just designed us to not want to do horrible things (That is if he is perfect cause he'd then know how and have the power to do so). Hell, not have mental issues that can help cause some one to be violent (this is why I can't believe in a perfect god who also wants us to be good to each other and the earth. If he/she exists, he/she is either imperfect or he/she is an asshole. Personally I think he/she doesn't exist and it's all just random and we have no one to blame but ourselves).

So... I'd redesign humans to have instincts that want to take care of each other and preserve the earth. And I'd redesign them to have better capability to think and care about long term effects. They can do what they want with that and how they decide to, but their main instincts aren't going to be so aimed at self preservation to the fault of fucking everything else up.

After that... give me a Fallout game that has as good rpg as Fallout 2 did but the fun gameplay world exploration that Bethesda brought to Fallout. With no bugs. And quests that spawn that are meaningful but let me keep playing the game long past me finishing the main story (hey, I have magic, I can make it happen).

Third... hrm... Ok, purely selfish one. My siamese cat never died and lives at least as long as I do (adn that doesn't mean I live a shorter life to match hers but her life is elongated) as well as my current maine coon Rogue also lives at least as long as I do.

Whatever changes I make, I figure at the end of it I will learn important lessons about the weight of divine responsibility, the unintended consequences of limitless power and other wholesome self reflection rebukes and that my actions were misguided.

1. Make spoken and written language universally translated.
2. ???
3. Screw it, Childhoods End.
Aliens will solve this.

Without compromising human free will, what do you choose to do with your new omnipotent abilities in the midst of your present, ever turbulent, always memorable world? ^^'

Aw shucks.

3. Arrival.
The ability for humans to see into the future would optimistically encourage positive long term decisions.

1. Make England win the world cup

2. Make earth into a paradise were all nations have first world standards, for instance universal income for all, free first class health care for all, free top class education for all, food and water for all, home/apartment for all, no one should be with out these things.

1. Heal the damage humans have done to the world.
2. Planet becomes more hostile to human life specifically(I have Godly power of course I can do this against humans). i.e. more hostile animals, planet life and weather.
3. Magical shit becomes real but technology disappears. i.e. Magical beings, magic itself and other related things. The current planet is boring this will liven things up.

Earth just got a lot more interesting.

1) create a disease a la Black Plague that will only affect truly evil people.
2) move the not so good but still ok people to another planet where they will have to ensure their own survival by working with nature. No technology allowed.
3) the good people and the innocent would usher in a new golden age, while making corruption due to said boon imposssible. Like, if you're a good person you're set for life. If you're an innocent person, you're set for life. This means any kind of tech, fantastic bodies without much effort, no diseases, amazing sex every time, and still make it challenging and fun enough to never have to get bored or complacent.

Have all of this happen forever. Like if a good person has a kid and that kid is evil then they die of that disease. Same for the other two categories - this would extend to whomever their kids are till the end of life itself.

1. There are now enough essential supplies (food, clean water, shelter, etc...) that are properly distributed that the only people without them are those who choose to go without them.
2. All politicians and pundits now have an illusionary (as in non-physical, so it can't be destroyed and can move through objects that would block it from sight) truth-o-meter that follows them around and reveals the truth when they are dishonest.
3. No one is sexually attracted to children anymore and no one ever will be again.

turn mars (and every other planet) into habital zones for humans and earthlings.

interseller/lightspeed travel with an unlimited power source so everyone can travel the cosmos for free. so basically everyone has their own universe friendly spaceship.

give everyone the ability to completely understands the universe, creating a society where everyone is on the same wavelength spiritually (psychedlia, dmt, etc) and mentally. So basically everyone has the intellect of carl sagan, terrence mckenna, alan watts and einsten.

1. Tweak reality so that Karma is way more apparent. People figure this out and try to out nice each other. Also make it so people who do shitty things get horrible comeuppances.

This pretty much corrects bullshit problems we've been having (racism, sexism, assault, theft, being a Nazi, lobbying, etc)

2. Repair the environment and get renewable energy in everywhere it can be.

3. UBI/Healthcare to all.

Is it literally like bruce all mighty where my power is limited to my town?

Well, i for one would make sure to clean up all water sources completely.

It's the thing that comes to my mind that would benefit the most people without fucking over the town.
