Thanks for educanting me on that, truly didn't about this. This show isn't technically anime. The animation may be done in Asia (South Korea?) but its production, writing and direction comes from the US not unlike Avatar and Legend of Korea did with Nickelodeon.
I edited my post seconds later. My phone autocorrected the word. I was not trying to be funny. I'm genuinely curious of the term you used. English is not my first language and I'm all for trying to learn new words.I'm not sure if you're intentionally misspelling what I wrote, or if you're getting a little too high and mighty in your own thread, but calm the fuck down. I'm just really looking forward to the show coming back. Kind of like you, my dude.
How many eps for Season 2. I hope its not 4 eps like Season 1.
Fiending is a term that means an intense craving.I edited my post seconds later. My phone autocorrected the word. I was not trying to be funny. I'm genuinely curious of the term you used. English is not my first language and I'm all for trying to learn new words.
Yeah. This also means that when you watch it in English you're actually watching the original language track and not a dub translated from Japanese.
Why not? Makes no difference to Netflix at all. Cloverfield Paradox was shadow dropped too. There's no way they'll release S2 without first announcing when it's coming. So yeah, we'll get a date announcement first.
That's fine by me but this is Castlevania. A series known for its amazing and memorable music. Use some of it, please! It's as part of the franchise as Dracula and the Belmonts are.Based on past interviews with Warren Ellis, I would not expect him to be strictly limited by the contents of the games in any slavish manner. Instead, he will keep mixing in his own ideas all the way. Which is fine by me, but folks should keep that in mind.
Agreed although the actual animation was subcontracted to Asia I think. But yeah had this show looked like, say, Rick & Morty I wouldn't have been able to stomach the look. This show really proves American animation should go for more action series with this kind of style
I am so sick of stiff, ugly toon style of say South Park (thought it has grown on me) or Bojack or Archer
Why are Simpsons/Futurama the only ones that look different?
Yeah then we can finally recreate Captain N's team.
My hopes are limited to a quick and easy Castlevania Compilation that'd need a minimum investment from Konami and would sell piggybacking off of the show. I don't think even this is asking too much from Konami but we'll see. They don't even use music from the games in the show and people are talking about Konami releasing a game alongside the second season. Don't get your hopes up.
we finally gonna get into fighting Dracula, or are we going to spend another 3/4 of the season on the horrors of the catholic church?
Will this season also revolve around the joke of being punched/kicked in the balls?
I'd assume so. he posted this on Twitter this morning.Ellis is still the writer, right? That continues to be the most fascinating thing about this for me, I honestly didn't expect Warren Ellis writing a Castlevania adapration.
Tho that goat conversation makes it pretty obvious.
This seriously got a WHAT reaction from me. You've maybe replied already, but I'm really curious about what you didn't like. I thought it was extraordinary.
There's blood dripping at the edge of the image, although this definitely isn't especially representative of flowing. Why is that a GIF? It's static. That shit really annoys me. People who post videos of still images on Facebook and stuff. I know why they do it, but it sucks.

I'll have to look it up but I think I read somewhere they contracted at least part of the animation to Asia with the studio in the US in charge of everything else including character designs and what not. But dont quote me on this, I'll have to look it up.Actually this series AFAIK from my search is animated in America. Powerhouse Animation Studios who did the series is down in Texas.
