I played through Batman: The Enemy Within at the end of last month, which I bought from Steam sale. I really liked it, more so than the first season which I thought was quite decent too. I love the look of the game, the action is well directed/shot, top notch voice acting complements the great writing. I also bought Leisure Suit Larry 7: Love for Sail at the same time and I've been playing that a bit, though i've completed it few times when younger already. It's still just as funny, though some jokes and references I obviously get better now than in my early teens. In example that Bob Ross reference had flew over my head. Also Hearthstone is always in my rotation, it's nice game to play while doing something else like following a podcast or browsing ResetEra. And I've been playing a lot of Heroes of the Storm lately with my friend, just non-ranked matches though.

It's been super nice outside so not really that much but I've been playing some Onrush which is just fantastic, the exact kinda arcady racer I needed.

I've been playing a couple games to kill the wait for Octopath Traveler.

Hollow Knight

Stardew Valley

Darkest Dungeon

Highly recommend all three!

Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin: Finally Platinumed that game. It's thoroughly meh.

Dark Souls Remastered: It's still as good as it was when it first released (on PC). Gonna Platinum it next.

Pokémon Picross: two of my favorite things together.

Not much time to play much of anything at the moment.

When I do though been slowly going through the Adventure Mode of Mario Tennis and continuing to play through Xenoblade 2.

Started up Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion today. Tried out one of the 1000 point stages, it kicked my ass. Sticking to the low-hanging fruit for now.

I got the Unreal bundle during the Steam summer sale, and I've been playing the invasion rpg mod in unreal tournament 2004. I have never played the original Unreal games, so I look forward to trying out Unreal 1 and 2 really soon.

Lumines Remastered (Switch)-I'm not great at it, but it's a really fun puzzle game. Also the HD Rumble to the music is a nice touch that I enjoy.

Just started Witcher 3. Haven't got past beginning mission trying to find Yennefer.

It's okay? Combat is so so but idk it's early.

World is interesting, lots of character but it's annoying to wait a few seconds to load simple conversations in the first tavern.

First scene with training Ciri honestly turned me off to Geralt.

Going to keep going tho. Everyone says it's so great. Don't like the art style much tho, seems muddy idk. Like everything runs together I have a hard time telling things apart idk how to describe it

Edit: after a few more hours with Witcher 3, beating the griffon mission and bit after I can say I find playing it difficult to do. I admire the world but something about it just doesn't grab me idk

Decided to start Gravity Rush 2 instead of keep going

On a big xbox kick lately. Have barely turned my Ps4 on in over a month, which I feel bad about because I'm in the middle of Chapter 5 of Yakuza 6, but I'll get back to it.

Right now I'm on:

PUBG (XB1)
Forza Horizon 3
Next Up Hero

I've just started playing the original Prototype after beating the sequel (which I won in a giveaway here) and it's pretty great so far. The only problem I have is that the controls are different and are not as good as 2's.

Runner 3 - I feel like this game got a lot of undeserved hate when it launched. Sure it's not as polished as you would hope but the core gameplay is as good as ever and the soundtrack is the best it's every been! I'm loving it.

Dinner Kong Country: Tropical Freeze - It's my first time playing it on the Switch and wow, what a masterpiece. Only on World 5 and having a blast throughout. Dang it's tough too. It doesn't help that my left Joy-con stick is constantly make me run to the left...

Detroit: Become Human - I find I can only play this game in small chunks, maybe 2-3 chapters at a time. Not that I'm saying that's a bad thing. I'm a big fan of these narrative driven/interactive story games. Detective Connor is becoming one of my favorite new characters this year.

Been getting back into Destiny 2 the last few weeks, trying to get my power level back up. I stopped playing in November but Forsaken looks pretty good so I'm starting to get excited about Destiny again. It's always a game I come back to eventually even with its flaws.

Also almost finished with Kingdom Hearts 1.5. Going to watch the cutscenes for Chain of Memories after that and then jump into KH 2. KH1 definitely feels outdated in many ways and the level design is convoluted at times, but I'm enjoying it for what it is. I heard the combat in KH2 is much better so I'm looking forward to getting to that.

I've been jumping all over the place - I've started so many games but few have kept my interest.

Right now I'm playing:

Final Fantasy V - (for the first time on GBA), I'm at world 3 and what an amazing game. I can't stop grinding jobs.

Assassin's Creed Origins - I'm so up and down on this, visually it is incredible and I love the setting, but the frame-rate on Pro especially when you enter combat makes it feel slippery and unresponsive.

Dark Souls III - After a sabbatical of sorts following a complete play-through of the series up through Bloodborne I finally started DS III but I haven't come back to it after several frustrating losses to a boss.

Donkey Kong Country - I've been playing it on original hardware as I never finished it as a kid and while it is probably the weakest entry in the series, lately it has been my go to game to throw myself at a few levels if I feel like a beer or two after work.

Homefront: The Revolution. What a coincidence, right? Playing on Xbox One thanks to Gamepass, though I have it on Steam as part of the CryEngine Humble Bundle.

Nothing to write home about but the setting is what I find interesting just like the first one. It is worthy of one play-through at least.

I feel I'm just a few hours away from the end. Once I'm done I'll focus my attention on the lastest Master Chief Collection insider build. Bugs hunting time!

I bought Mad Max on Steam for $5. I've already put in 2 hours today. I gotta be careful. It's one of those games that makes you lose track of time.

Gravity Rush 2 - Started it up about a year after finishing the remaster of the original, hoping to get all the goodies before the online shuts down.
Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix - Making my way through the series and after the first game and CoM, am going through II now. Just finished up the second visit to Agrabah and Halloweentown.
Ocotpath Traveler - Just playing through the prologue demo but doing it in little chunks, as to not get major withdrawal when I finish it.

Finished Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology. Just clearing up the possible history line.

Also casually playing Hidden Folks. It's great.

Started Tales of Berseria a couple days ago, been enjoying it so far. I'm kind of worried that it might get repetitive though.

I've finally gotten around to playing Prey. So far I'm digging it. I'm playing on hard and the baddies are a bit tough but that's how I like it. Recycling junk you pick up into useful crafting materials is unexpectedly satisfying. The Wong actor from Dr Strange is in it which is awesome.

Played Prey for about 3 hours today and am about 5 hours in. Game is amazing, so many different ways to accomplish the goals. Really digging it so far.

I finished Morrowind this past week and overall I liked it but I wasn't floored after the first few hours. I had a lot of issues with it -- mostly personal/subjective.

Picked up Oblivion the following day and so far I'm enjoying it more.

Finally dived into AC: Origins. I love it. The setting, visuals, music and the character Bayek are all fantastic. While I'm sure a lot of people aren't particularly fond of Ubisoft's brand of busy work, it's not annoying me in the slightest here.

A little Battlefield V, too. A clear improvement over BF1, but more of the same in a lot of ways (which hey, not surprising!)

At the moment, Lumines Remastered and Fortnite on Switch have me hooked, even though I suck at both. Looking forward to the patch on the former and Season 5 on the latter (the rewards for the Season 4 aren't really my style).

Just wrapped a bare-minimum playthrough of Splatoon 2's Octo Expansion, too (just plowing through to the end of the story, so I'll probably return to that at some point).

Assassin's Creed Chronicles.
I've had this game since release and am finally getting to it. Towards the end of China right now. I was not expecting it to be this fun. I'm refusing to advance through any area with anything less than perfect stealth so I restart checkpoints a lot lol.

Persona 5 in NG+ —feels a lot better skipping most of the cutscenes and dialogue when you've already played through the game already.
Also working on Dark Souls 2 but I'm not very far in—so far struggling quite a bit more than Dark Souls remastered.

Dying Light - PC
Never played this before due to being soured by Dead Island, but got hyped for the sequel after the E3 presentation and hearing the first was so good. I feel like I'm near the final act and I really enjoy the skill tree progression, it always feels like you're getting useful new skills and blueprints. The free running and sense of momentum and movement are killer, maybe even better than Mirror's Edge (its been a few years).

Hollow Knight - Switch
Still early but really digging the vibe of this game. The unique map system and lack of hand holding make it a cool experience, and the platforming/ combat is tight. I'll be putting more time into this soon.

Los Alfheim
Breath of the Wild - I started the game a couple of months ago and I loved it. However, I went with a Master Mode first playthrough. As such, the beginning was slow. Lots of caution and observation, which I enjoyed in its own right. I ended up taking a fairly long break (1-2 months).

Came back to the game over the weekend and I think I've finally cracked open this sucker. I unlocked Stasis+, I've got two star gear, and I've located much better weapons. Link is now a god among men and I finally feel like Hyrule is my playground. For the time being, I am completely hooked. I don't see how I'll be playing any other games this month.
