It's not his original version though, it's now a 4 hour mini series and it's not even "the snyder cut" aka the film that was supposedly finished sitting on a shelf somewhere waiting to be released. This is a snyder cut made years after the fact for a streaming service and will be very different from the movie he would have delivered back then had he finished it.
Oh it is definitely gonna suck. I doubt a four hour cut with the guy who turned Batman into a murderer and Superman into a mopey bitch would make the turd that is JL into anything other than a pretentious turd.

Well we've already seen Darkseid and the Lanterns are HEAVILY rumored to appear (not as main characters, just cameo).
This for me too. Curious to see his take on it and what he intended. The discussion and stories around it are just bonus. IT's easily the most interesting story of a movie being made in a long time

It makes sense since they are turning a movie into a TV show, but for some reason fans and insiders swear that the Snyder Cut was sacred perfection and to suggest otherwise is blasphemy.

I mean, they are. This doesn't affect anything in the current pipeline. It also gives VFX studios something to work on while the movie industry is on hold.
