This is in response to the general shitposting and constant hate for the Snyder cut even existing. It's evident on most Snyder threads. I dislike plenty of his films too and find some overrated but the vitrol I've seen regarding him on Era seems unwarranted. Hating Snyder's films is fine but the way many posters post, it seems like they have a personal vendetta against anything he touches and can't be happy knowing that plenty of people enjoy his films still. If you haven't seen that you haven't been paying enough attention.
I think you have to accept that the toxicity that sparked the existence of this version of Justice League has created this environment around the film.
When there's a #ReleaseTheSnyderCut campaign that targets things people are excited about and comic book movie fandom in general you get an audience that isn't just excited about the film. You have people who observe it with arms crossed, skeptical it will be worth it.
So it's not some 'Snyder hater' problem. It's this negative feedback loop that people keep feeding. Even in this thread you have people trying to rub the reception of this film in the faces of people they are imagining - it's self fueling. I mention this to contrast your points, which have merit.
If we can just deal with the confrontational posts as they occur, instead of seeing two sides, I think this can be a less hostle, potentially fun thread.
