The machinery was good at replicating the base game after initial success - but many of their new IPs / reboots were made on Blizzard time - Division and Watchdogs over 7 years each, Skull&Bones going on its 8year with no release date in sight. Wildlands took around 5 years etc.Ubisoft feels like it has built a house of cards based on absolutely MASSIVE megateams building out extremely complicated games in (relatively) short times and somehow the games selling crazy well - your Far Cry's, Assassins Creeds, Division 1, R6, etc.
