I can't think of a single game that had sex scenes not feel pretty cringe and awkward. Be it how it's an interactive product, the uncanny valley, the limits of current animations or whatever, but I fail to think of a single case where it was done well. So I can't say I'm looking forward to these parts too much.
I can finally create a penis long enough to connect it to my eye socket and create an Ouroboros effect with the cream of life.

It would. Retail PC copies are still important in parts of europe. And while they could sell it on steam, pretty much all other digtal storefronts wouldn't carry the game.
CDP would also want to sell it via GOG-codes rather than steamcodes anyway.
Even on steam, you need to enable the adult filter to see that stuff.
You can also see your character any time you want in the menu.
I'm actually not sure if this is one of those games where you can see yourself when you look down in first person or not.

Like Tovarisc said though it's probably due to amount of screen time and the fact it's multiplayer only for Conan? Funcom should appeal now tho. LOL
Word of mouth would compensate for that. Part of the GTA massive sucess was the "You can fuck a hooker and kill It!" viral marketing aimed at teenagers. And i am sure even the last entries of Sims gained a lot of sales thanks to the sex mods. Same as Skyrim. Sex sells.

I'm certainly for them offering customization of all kinds. Very cool that people can make a character be whoever they want the character to be.
I just hope these sorts of customizations are handled in a way that works and is tasteful in the rest of the game, which is to say I guess, that they don't really make a difference to the rest of the game and aren't fetishized in some weird way.
Or my fear is that this will come up once, and it will be someone saying something like, "Sorry, I'm not interested, I like dicks," in reference to you having or not having one. I'm not sure if that'll be handled super well.
