Kiwami launched in Feb with no Denuvo, SEGA have also been removing it from past ports so I doubt it.
Three Yakuza games now on PC, what a time to be alive. I hope they release the other ones as well

Worth mentioning that first activity of Kiwami 2 on Steam was in August of 2018, seems they came to the decision to bring it over to PC straight after the PS4 launch. All the people that made this happen are the best.

That's the same PR as the PS4 version, for which VF2 wasn't technically an "all new" addition as it had previously been featured in Y5.

Yakuza 6 was probably the most impacting game in the franchise for me, it's going to be great to revisit it again with decent performance and AA.

As far as I know, there's no localization planned of the PS4 ports of 3/4/5 yet.
It's a matter of when rather than if in that regard. I would expect some sort of announcement either after Judgment comes out or at E3, if we're lucky.

That 1080p60 high requirements though :phew: My current build plays Y0 and Kiwami 1 in 4k60 ultra, doesn't look like coming anywhere near in this!
It isn't, but they've *wink wink*'ed pretty hard a couple of times. The current theory is that they're waiting for the three remasters to come out and pack them in one release for the West.
No, you're totally right. I was mixing up Judgement's release date with those.
They removing some transphobic stuff makes me think they're already thinking of the western market, though.

To be honest, I mainly hope 3 is at least localized, since that's the only one not available digitally of for cheap physically in the west.

At least for the Crazy Ken stuff but the soundtracks are quite different this go around in places so one that puts the boss/fight music back as it was will most likely take a little longer.

The order is Zero, Kiwami, Kiwami 2 (Kiwamis are like remakes of 1 and 2).
Then wait for 3, 4, 5, 6. Yakuza 6 may come out earlier because it's already localized on PS4 but they are planning on releasing 3, 4 and 5 again as well. If they do release 6 early, you may not want to buy it right away because it may take a while to get 3, 4, 5.
