Lol it has already begun. The reveal happened and the only thing people are talking about is how bad the name is.
Not calling this an Xbox 2 is such a dumb mistake, this was their chance to have a normal naming scheme and they fucked it
It's called an Xbox, the series part is just like the "Surface Pro" 1,2,3 etc. or the Ipad Pro. If they do a lockhart it would be like "Series S"
Bad. I borderline hate it. I will 100% get the console but Microsoft has no idea how to name things. We even skipped a Windows. The box itself is the best looking yet or the only good looking base machine if i am honest.
My media unit slot has just over 4" clearance, so at 6" even on its side it still literally wouldn't fit.
Series X and Series S seems like a given. Makes it clear going forward too when newer versions release
Yeah I think the 12tf heat problem was solved with making things more PC like in the setup.
Awesome. So based on the controller for scale, this should be about a foot high standing up, or about 7 inches horizontal.
I think Scarlett is the overall project, there should only be 2 skus at the most.
I like it! Its minimalist design language will fit and sit nicely in my entertainment center.
Looks like it'll have a nice exhaust and ventilation setup too, so I suppose this means we can expect a highly clocked CPU/GPU that can rival a desktop gaming PC. Can't wait.

They are calling it Xbox again...I don't get why people are hating on the name. It's just like an iPhone now. IPHONE XS IPHONE X... surely the other one will be Xbox (series s)
