Managed to get an order in at Target this morning for a killer price. Nearly $100 off MSRP.
Not sure if I actually need/want it though. Haven't had an xbox since the original, and am not typically interested in most of their exclusives, but it seems like this gen might be a different case.

I don't think so. The X didn't come up in searches on Amazon until it was live. It still showed up in searches after it was gone. The S still doesn't come up.
Sounds like a 3rd party seller did this intentionally, then. Pretty scummy.

It never went up for actual sale though. Unless it was in such small numbers nobody here got it and reported it. Which would be super unusual

That's what I'm saying. PS5s pages were never up until they sold out. The backdoor urls allow people to buy them up before they go live.

Keep spamming the yellow button. Eventually it will take a little longer to load then send you to checkout. Took me about 150-200 presses.

Yeah, that doesn't work. Once it did add to cart, you get, "Oh snap! We've changed it up!" and it gets removed from your cart.
My MS store order took almost 10 minutes of retries to go through at 8am, surprised it even went through. Walmart was seamless for both console preorders, no issues and fast.

Just got a bestbuy series X..........if it doesnt get canceled. 150+ ore-order clicks and lost the item in cart twice due to paypal taking forever.
