Secured a preorder on mstore.
I have a buddy who is a massive xbox fan, since release date of the original xbox, who hasnt been able to get a preorder in. If he can't get one I'm giving this to him.

For you guys that say you reached max quajntity on microsofts site, i had that error too, i took it to mean i had one in my cart so i opened multiple direct pages to my cart until one loaded then checked out from there.
Sweet Jebus I think I got it at ms store. Got to the confirmation page. Just waiting for an email or something before I walk away.

I got into my cart, went to checkout, and then it never went through.
Whatever, no biggie, either the site got blasted or the bots cooked.

I made the same mistake. I didn't pick the $5 2 day shipping option. That's what's required for release day delivery. I don't see any options to change it afterwards so I might try to call later and see if a rep can help me.
Man I wish I could just tell Walmart I didn't want the second one. rather not deal with the hassle.

Microsoft is the only site that appears to be working in the US. Try there. Just be patient with each screen as it takes forever to load.

Second in line at my local GameStop. It's a bigger store, secured an X. The second week of November is going to be great. Got both consoles. 😬😬
getting a 503 on the microsoft store. imagine bragging about getting it right then shitting the bed.
I think the waiting room like gamestop is doing is the way all these online retailers should work. Save a lot of server load.
Do they charge all of it, or it's like amazon and they charge the money closer to release?
