Odd. I feel like the Seriers X controller plastic is far better feeling. I think the Xbox one feels cheap.Do they happen to use a better plastic than the controller the Series X ships with?
It feels so cheap and low grade compared to the original Xbox One and Xbox One X controllers.

Thanks for the info !FWIW I contacted MS support and they said they are aware of the issues with orders getting cancelled/refunded and are working to resolve. Suggested I try back in 1-2 hours.

Always relieved to come here and see stuff is just fucked lol.Yeah, paraphrasing but support agent said web development team was already working on resolving the issue and suggested waiting 1-2 hrs before placing a new order. Also said they were planning on placing an order themselves once their shift was over lol
Let us know. It's usually within a half hour. You have to check order history to see ,I never got an email about it
