Those take time to make and compounded with pandemic delays, we're looking at significant time from announcement to release of just the things we already know about (Avowed, Fable, Perfect Dark, etc). Like I don't think any of those will hit before 2H 2024 and the latter two are probably 2025/2026

Console exclusive = coming to Xbox + PC Game Pass.

The exclusive part means no Playstation.
