That's one of the most twisted episodes of Batman Beyond, which is a show full of twisted fates for its antagonists, old and new.Sure my beloved.
It's also one of my favorites, due to the sheer amount of fanservice (the callback kind, not the sexy kind).

She did turn normal, but iirc it didnt come naturally but thanks to a lot of effort by the team? So it required a cure of some kind?
I just picked up long enough after her passing that going back and checking would be too much of a hassle.
