Some crazy answers in here, lol.
Looks like people have short memory.
There was a game called Two Worlds. If you played it you know.
Most recently, Witcher 3 on PS4. The horse riding is rubbish compared to MGSV or RDR2. Also, the combat would have been so much better if the controls were weighted like Bloodborne or God of War, quick attack R1 and charged attack R2.
Button-mashing square gets old fast, unless you're playing Mortal Kombat or a legit fighting game. Games like Detroit : Become Human are significantly more sophisticated because of their complete use of the controller, such as holding R2 while rotating the L joystick to open a door.
I see you haven't tried Ninja Gaiden 3 for yourself. You guys saying ffxv and ninja gaiden are fucking out of your goddammed minds. Its ok you dont like them but calling them worst ever is some sort of obnoxious hyperbole.
Well I tried ng3 razord edge which was fixed I guess.
Anyone here remember those boss fights in Sword of Vermillion?
They should have played the witcher 2Some of the posts in here are kinda embarrassing. I'm continually amazed at how many people seem to think TW3 combat is the worst thing ever and unplayable.
First game that came to mind for me. Why they thought sporadic combat areas in a point and click adventure was a good idea I'll never know.Dreamfall has like 10 minutes of combat in it but it is the worst 10 minutes of combat I've experienced in a game.
Awesome game though!
It is one of my guilty pleasures. I just remember stacking one specific spell card so high that demolished everything in the game fairly early on.Oh that combat was terrible. I finished and kind of enjoyed the game though, not sure why because it was pretty dreadful.
Well someones upset we don't like skyrimLmao this thread exactly what I expected. Listing great games and pretending like they have the worst combat. Fucking don't change Era.
It's honestly a little amazing to me seeing the attempt to make Neverwinter Nights into an action RPG.Witcher ... The only combat system that makes me refund the game within 15 mins.
The original GBA version's combat makes sense, since they had to work with 2D graphics and two buttons to make an action-card based combat system. The PS2 remake is maybe the most literal 2D->3D remake ever, which makes the gameplay completely wacky compared to KH1. I love GBA CoM, but really don't care for Re:CoM.While I'm sure it's not the worst, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories always stands out in my memory for being painfully bad to play despite a cool plot
Oh, trust me dude. NG3RE is absolutely nothing like the original game.
