Here's a pretty awesome tool I found, that lets you see how many possible words there were for you to guess.
Scoredle
First, put in the final / target word of the day, then put in all of the guesses you made.
Then, for each guess, it'll show how many possible words there were for you to guess.
If you played Wordle and found it really hard to think of a valid word to guess, then it's really nice to see just how many possibilities there really were.

Best way to avoid this is to try get more yellows over greens early on
By using letters in positions that are not common like Earth
But the downside is obviously harder to get the word early

Damn, I forgot this one word even though I've been playing Football Manager recently. Had to use two random words to eliminate as many letters as possible.
After the second guess, I already had *lair on lock, but I can't think of any word that fits. clair,blair,wlair???? with f I could only think of flail and just removed it from my mind. ffs.
