I think it's a 50/50 shot of having her show up as a little reference. I know the director said a long time that he didn't want to to do it, but things change and also they are putting every random streamer they can in the game so I don't see why they wouldn't go ahead and do this too.

It would be cool if Ciri's actions, even if indirectly, affect one of the player's side missions. Like that one time you killed a character from Assassin's Creed in Watch Dogs.
