Maybe they had an older sibling that played "the trick" with one of the bottles.
It's such a shame to think if you're famous and you die the people in charge of everything you've ever done can just decide to let anyone use your likeness or content however they want to just to make a few bucks.

Like anything else it's only an issue if you're one of those people who drinks soda on a daily basis instead of treating it like an indulgence

Kind of a philosophical problem, I suppose. Where exactly is the line between learning and stealing? It seems entirely unsurprising to me that a student would end up doing things similarly as the person who taught them, although certainly in this case Alexander *feels* he was stolen from.
