I guess you could say Lady Gaga inspired this with her coordinated outfits and masks, but I've thought about this before seeing her earlier.

Stop making me want to larp stalker just to go to work. I already have enough issues trying not to buy an ex-soviet gas mask (and some new asbestos-free filters).

Some of the modern non-military filter masks look pretty cool anyway, your replaceable-filter 3M ones and such. The big issue for me is getting one compatible with glasses, either a half-face or something with inserts. Well, that, and wanting a battery-powered one with filtered air both in and out. And money. And not looking silly. And temperature.

I'm in for that mandalorian armor look. I'll rock either of the two original Ralph McQuarrie Boba Fett designs. Alternatively, TIE Fighter and Snowtrooper helmets look awesome.

I'm still trying to decide what I want.

I'm a huge fan of Batman, but I feel like dressing up as a Halloween costume level super hero would just look dumb. Also, that's like a reverse mask...so it would be useless against a virus. 🤣

Also, not "Sci-fi" enough. Needs to be a lot more fun / "cooler". Scrolling through helmets and masks right now.

I sometimes see people with some cool masks and I kinda feel bad when I have to tell them to replace those with the blue disposable ones.
