I fucking love Chrono Cross and would adore a remake. I feel like most of the hate comes from people who wanted a Chrono Trigger 2 (which hey, I wanted that too!), but also managed to thoroughly enjoy Cross.

I hope that someday we can use custom textures with a PS1 emulator like we can already do with Dolphin, Chrono Cross would look incredible with AI upscaled backgrounds.

Square Enix isn't a monolithic entity.

Game creators care about their game creations. But the creators of this series no longer work at Square Enix.
