The Living Daylights. I love Dalton and it's just an overall excellent film. Not as serious as the Craig era, not as silly as the Moores or Late Brosnans.

In my opinion the upper band would be (in no particular order) The Living Daylights, Casino Royale, Skyfall, From Russia With Love and Goldfinger.

Thunderball is cinematic ambien. Even Never Say Never Again is a much more watchable film.

It's Casino Royale. Who would've guessed that gritty Bond would work before this movie got released? I guess we should thank Liman and Greengrass for that.

Too hard for me to pick just one, but I know my top 5 in no particular order are:

1. Goldeneye
2. On Her Majesty's Secret Service
3. Casino Royale
4. License to Kill
5. From Russia With Love

Def Casino Royale. Its my fav bond film as he's learning how to be the Bond we know. I also love Skyfall, as flawed as it is. The cinematography alone makes it heads above the rest. Blessed Deakins.

If it's Sunday evening after a hearty roast then they're all equally perfect.

Otherwise it's Living Daylights, Goldfinger, Goldeneye, The Spy Who Loved Me

Connery - from Russia with love
Moore - live and let die
Brosnan - the world is not enough
Craig - casino Royale

The rest of the bonds we can forget

Goldeneye, Casino Royale, Living Daylights in no particular order.

Every one?

Tomorrow Never Dies is only slightly better and The World Is Not Enough is honestly just as bad, awful films (even though I think Brosnan is the best Bond)

My personal favorite would probably be Goldfinger, it just has everything I want from a Bond

The Living Daylights, sure for.

Followed by Skyfall, which by the looks of it isn't greatly popular here.

I like Brosnan, but I always found his bond films filed with too many cheesy one liners.

Goldeneye and Casino Royale are locks as 1 and 2... I think it's far more interesting to discuss what's number 3. For me? Probably The Spy Who Loved Me.

Casino Royale or Skyfall.

Most of the older ones haven't aged that well (and that includes the Brosnan ones). Goldfinger, From Russia With Love and On Her Majesty's Secret Service are pretty good but I much prefer The Spy Who Came In from the Cold and The Ipcress File to any of the early Bond films.

Objectively there are only 2 good bond flicks, and it's no surprise they're both directed by the same dude.

Casino royale/goldeneye
I don't think you know what this word means.

From Russia with Love.

Goldeneye is probably the one that has the most nostalgia from my own life, Casino Royale is the best one that's been made in my lifetime, and I have a weird soft spot for Spectre, especially its ending.

I was a 90's kid, Goldeneye for me too. First time I saw Famke Janssen. My hormonal teen body was not ready.

Never understood the love for Goldeneye, but I never liked Brosnans Bond run. (To add: I didn't watch Bond as a kid. My first one was Casino Royale when I was 19. I only watched them all in the run-up to Skyfall)

My favourites as far as I remember are From Russia With Love, On Her Majesty's Secret Service (to bad Lazenby is such a dull Bond, but the film surpasses that), Casino Royale and Skyfall.
