15-20 calories from three cups of black coffee
290 calories from a Cascadian Farm protein bar.

For lunch I am looking at a sandwich consisting of two slices of multigrain bread, mustard spread, light mayo, turkey, and aged Swiss, so about 550 calories.

I'll probably have two scoops of Gold Standard whey protein with water a few hours before the gym later, so 260 calories from that.

Not sure what I'm having for dinner yet.

1120 for the above but I'll probably have another 800-900 more before the day's over.

No idea I kept eating small meals but I've spent almost 4,000 cals today so I was frequently hungry.

"2500" is what I usually hit but Im tall and exercise 5 days a week. I know calorie measurements are unreliable, but they're really good to track trends and see how you do with changes in diet

798 cals in with a nice large load of scrabled egg for breakfast, coffee + toast. 943 cals out with my usual friday lunchtime walk.

Will probably sink in another 1400 for dinner so a net 1279 consumed for the day.

I try to aim for 1500 as well. 1500 has actually been my "maintain" number or the one I strive for on a daily basis ever since I started shedding weight over a decade ago. Anything over and I find it to be too much for me. Although I do end up having in excess of 2000 calories most days because I exercise a lot, but for the most part 1500 is my ideal for when I am not having intense workouts in a week.

Assuming your lunch is an hour and you walk without break at a pace of a mile every 20 minutes or so, I don't understand how you could possibly burn more than 350-400 calories during a walk.

Zero so far. I try not to eat anything before 11, usually that's when my fast breaks (though I had a few beers last night, but I'm not going to count those because I'm starving and can't push my lunch back any further than that).

How are you burning 900 calories walking? How far are you walking 0_o

Some days I only get a piece of toast in before dinner, but today I've had two bagels, a bowl of rice topped with at least 8 keftas (meatballs), a quarter of a pie, and 4 coffees. Dinner is pasta and probably wine. I'm 90% carb today. So, like, 5000? Obligatory thanks for the metabolism of a teenage boy (for as long as it lasts).

Counting calories causes me a ton of stress and can lead to obsessive thinking, so I am doing weight watchers instead. I have some roll over points, so I will probably dip into those and my weeklies and have about 35 points today.

I've had a Diet Coke and like 20 oz of water (so 0 calories) and handful of kettle corn off my co-workers desk (100 calories?). I have not planned out my food for the rest of the day, but I will be running 8+ miles so probably a protein shake after and then I can probably eat whatever I want.

Three biscuits, two slices of pan sausage, some jelly and a cup of milk.

I will not be judged.

300g rice and bean salad + one espresso = 179.

I am trying to stay on or below 1500 cals a day. Today's count is going to shoot up from alcohol though when I attend a friend's birthday party.

I have a bit of trouble keeping weight on with my mostly-pescatarian, whole foods diet. By the end of the day, my goal is in the 1,400-1,800 range, but it's more typically on the low end of that spectrum, or even "negative ". Yesterday, for instance, I probably finished around 1,100 or so. It really varies.

As for today, after a small bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and some sliced watermelon for a mid-morning snack, I'm at ~400 so far.

620 calories for cereal and peanuts, but I'm about to do a 30 mile bike ride and have been up for 4 hours or so now plus light sleep from having a 9 month old so realistically I've slept maybe 2 hours of the last 8.

I'm pretty sure your maths are a little bit off on that walk, unless you're taking a 4 hour lunchtime walk.

As much as I can take in. Between my weight lifting and having a fast metabolism, I don't have a limit.

So far only two cups of coffee with about a tablespoon of creamer. Going to a concert later and will end up having a few beers but I'm trying to lose weight so I'll be good on food all day. Already down about 15 pounds from January.

Terrible, I have fluctuating depression over the last year. So alcoholism is something I am fighting. Some days I manage to keep it low and others I just say fuck it. Today feels like a fuck it day. Drinking and it is only 7am, but it is my weekend.

2 x cups of coffee with a dash of milk = 60 cals

Chicken tikka sandwich = 500 cals

Having chicken curry for dinner = 700 cals

Ice cream for dessert = 250 cals

Maybe 2 beers later = 450 cals

Total = 1960. It's probably slightly less than that but I like to over-estimate. Plus 30 mins walking + 20 minutes on my exercise bike should subtract 200-400 calories of that.

I have been sitting at about 1200 to 1400 calories a day for the last few weeks except for a couple cheat days when family is around as they love to eat and drink. It was rough at first but my stomach barely growls at this point.

I average 1500-2000 but try to hit 1200 when I can.

Today? Probably somewhere between 500-700 right now. I usually have breakfast at 6:30am, fruit snack at 8:30am, a small soup at 10am, lunch at 12:30, and dinner at 5:30. Sometimes there's another snack between lunch and dinner because it ends up being a 5-6 hour wait between meals. Yeah, I eat a lot, but not really?

Today so far: (woke up at 6:15. It's 10:45 now)
-small breakfast sandwich: ham egg and cheese on an English muffin /w small coffee (milk, sugar, and hazelnut flavor shot...don't @ me, shame Era)
-apple and banana for a snack
-small bowl of minestrone soup for another snack (I have some kind of small soup almost every day Mon-Fri at 10am)

Planning on getting a couple of McD's wraps for lunch (500 calories total), which will bring me over 1000 for the day, and then probably having a 600-800 calorie dinner at my mom-in-law's. She usually cooks healthy stuff at least. (stir fried veggies and some kind of meat) But yeah, will try to keep the portion small at dinner to offset the calories I'll eat up until lunch.

I've lost 4 pounds in the past couple of weeks since joining a gym, so things are going well.

Its gonna be high today since I'll be drinking beer later. I don't really count as strictly as some but I tend to keep it around or below 2k usually. Weather permitting though, I can burn quite a bit over 1k a day too
