What was the first game you played for each PS console you bought?

PS1: Can't really remember my first game as I never owned one, though. I played a lot over at my friends houses
PS2: Midnight Club 2 - I was so hyped off of the Fast and the Furious movies and I wanted to play a game that gave off the same vibes.
PS3: Warhawk - Once I saw 32 players, dedicated servers, dog fights, infantry combat and vehicles I was sold.
PS4: Uncharted 4 - Due to my studies I ended up getting the PS4 late in the cycle but I had to play Uncharted 4 for my first game on the console perfect game for that moment.
PS5: Miles Morales (Tentative)

My PS3 I bought with Little Big Planet and Midnight Club LA. I played both the first day but I think LBP was the first of the two. Both awesome games.
The PS4 I bought with Killzone Shadow Fall, which I also really liked. Felt really next-gen. Funny how it turned out to be the only game that loaded you straight into the menu that fast. Thought that was going to be a thing for all PS4 games.

Hmm, for PS1, it was either GTA 1, Final Fantasy VII, or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Well, that's what I played when I got a PS1 of my own.
I want to say it was Battle Arena Toshinden at a friends around the time it launched.
PS2 was probably Smuggler's Run or Oni.
PS3 was Resistance: Fall of Man
PS4 was Assassin's Creed Black Flag
PS Vita was Uncharted: Golden Abyss

PS1: Resident Evil 2 - the game that truly compelled me to switch from being a pure sega fanboy.
PS2: Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec - still amongst the greatest racing games ever made for home consoles.
PS3: Virtua Fighter 5 - the reason I bought a PS3
PS4: Killzone Shadowfall - still a gorgeous game to this day, with the exception of the goddamn rain in the very first scene which remains embarrassingly bad

PS2: The Bouncer. Never liked it but 12 year old me was blown away by the graphics.
PS3: RDR/Uncharted 2. Can't remember what I played first. Uncharted was fun. RDR was a masterpiece.
PS4: NBA 2K14. Holy shit my roommate and I played that for days, that and CoD Ghost.

i got the PSX when i was like 8 or 9 or something, not exactly at launch. i have poor memories of my first game/s on it - with exception of Tony Hawk's Skateboarding, but i don't believe i got that with the Playstation, perhaps soon after. i vaguely recall being at the store with my dad getting the Playstation but can't remember what game I got. i remember it coming with the demo and i would swap between that and the only game i had (which i don't think i loved). actually, good chance it would've been a WWF Wrestling game, or Crash 1.
i got the PS2 for christmas in 2002 or 2003 in one of the best console buys for me ever. was lucky enough as a kid to get the PS2, GTA Vice City and the accessory triple pack which had a Mem Card, the DVD Remote and another controller.

The game I got with my PS1 was mega man legends.
PS4 I got battlefield and resogun. I only remember because I picked up my PS4 and played the first level of resogun and stopped for the night, then went to play the next day and my file had gotten erased or something so I didn't play the campaign anymore, but the game was super buggy when it released.

Never had a PS2 but my first PS1 game was Silent Hill (played it on my PS2).
First games I got for PS2 were Silent Hill 2 and Devil May Cry.
First PS3 games were Modern Warfare (got it for the single player) and Dead Space.
And first PS4 game was The Last Of Us: Part II.

PS2 - Devil May Cry. The game that convinced me to hop into the next console generation and not just wait for Nintendo's next machine. A pretty pivotal game for me that totally changed how I approached and enjoyed difficulty in video games.
PS3 - Resistance Fall if Man. Hoooooo boy, this was one hell of an experience. I remember putting this in and absolutely hating it the first time around. I thought it was ugly and not particularly fun and I think I went in to play Tiger Wooda or something shortly thereafter. My opinion on that game softened a lot later on, but I remember my first night with PS3 feeling like a bummer.
PS4 - Killzone Shadowfall. I remember being pretty floored by the way this one looked. I distinctly recall commenting on how nice the textures were, at least for a console game. I know it gets a bad rap, but I still have a soft spot for it.
PS5 - It'll be Demon's Souls for sure. Devil May Cry V and Godfall are probably going to follow shortly thereafter, but Demon's Souls looks too incredible to not start there.
