The current one that I'd want to admit reading and somehow enjoying would be
Itachi, Is That A Baby? in which Harry Potter ends up being raised by Itachi from Naruto. And yes, the entire Akatsuki is in on it, too, though Uncle Hidan is not allowed to babysit. It is weird, to say the least. And nearing in on a hundred chapters.
It is also surprisingly well written and gleefully leaps into the strangest ideas with little regard for if it should even work. At some point, Harry sets up a British version of Akatsuki as a magical ninja mercenary group, and he gets the most delightful of jobs. Like an African prince needing his usurper of an uncle dead and is willing to pay for it. Said prince is named Simba. Yes, he is, in fact, a lion cub. And that probably doesn't even make the top ten of weird things that happen in this story.
So, you know, I kind of recommend it if you're okay with the world not making sense after a while. That happens in-story, too, it's normal.
