What if the Stargate program existed under Trump’s presidency?

Trump would've gotten Goa'ulded in five seconds because he would've demanded to be there the first time the magic ring got to open.
They never would have gotten it working, but if they had...
- Daniel Jackson would be replaced by a translator/cultural expert who didn't speak the language and was super racist.
- Carter would be replaced with a "scientist" that believes in herd immunity who just wants to sell their new book and line of holistic supplements.
- Teal'c would have been shot on sight or permanently "detained" for the rest of his life.
- Jack's kid would still have died from a self inflicted gunshot wound, but he wouldn't feel bad about it and would just be a pure psycho gun nut.
We have to build a wall in front of the stargate. The biggest and strongest one. The best kind of wall. The greatest that we'll make. To protect America from aliens!
Well if you go by canon Trump couldn't have really messed up anything because the IOA was basically in charge when he was elected.

An invisible wall, so we don't get hit by the alien drugs coming through the Stargate.
No Daniel Jackson, probably no Colonel O'Neil, Ra isn't defeated and sends the enhanced nuke back to Earth.

There's a great AU fanfic in here.
(1) He and his family wouldn't make it public immediately, they would work with their lawyers to work out what could benefit them the most. They'd then make demands that the SGC retrieve a functioning sarcophagus for "study" (in actuality to perpetually restore Trump and his family). The side effect of repeated sarcophagus use - narcisim, erratic behaviour, reduced empathy - would go unnoticed. SGC commanders will object, and be summarily replaced. The SGC will also be under orders to withdraw from the IOC.
(2) When the sarcophagus is secured, he'd go public with the TRUMP STARGAGE PROGRAMME. He won't mention the dangers (bad PR) but all the tremendous job opportunities and colonisation potential to make "Planet Americas" and to Make Them Great Again. A group of MAGA loyalists volunteer to become new pioneers.
(3) The threats become apparent, and the MAGA colonies are attacked - or maybe they started it, its unclear. Shocking and terrifying footage is broadcast. Trump declares war against the galaxy, and is granted emergency war powers by the Republican Party (the leads of which now have their own Sarcophagai). All elections are suspended as Trump alleges that the Democrat party have been infiltrated by mind-controlling parasites, which his base absolutely swallows up.

To their shock and confusion, the tyrant ruling the Earth, full of contempt and malice, is no Goa'uld at all, but actually just a human called Trump. The President immediately tries to sell out his own people. They kill him and take the planet.

Trump would see a planet without white people, and call it a shit hole planet. He then threatens to build a wall over the Stargate.

That's why I thought Trump would run through the stargate at any sign of trouble, and tellling himself he has noble reasons.
