What generation is your favorite Pokemon from?

My favorite is Gliscor from Gen IV.

I used to see people dump on the new evolutions that Gen IV introduced, and yeah some of them are a little weird, but when they result in ones like Gliscor it's okay by me.

Gen V has Trubbish and Garbodor so it wins.

Technically though, I have a lot of pokemon I really like from Gen III despite not really being all that interested in those games. Some great new monsters were introduced in that one.

I love 5th gen since it got me back into Pokemon, I especially love the bug pokemon in that gen.
Volcarona, Scolipede, Escavalier, and Joltik. All 10/10 designs.

Generation VI - Aegislash

Amazing design, fantastic typing, great moveset, very unique and fun ability, and even its shiny is beautiful. And it's really fun to play as in Pokkén as well (I was soo happy when it was announced as DLC). Winner on all counts.

Gen 2 has most of my favorites: Tyranitar, Scizor, Heracross, Feraligatr, Dunsparce, Shuckle. Gen IV has a lot of good ones because I really like the evos for old pokemon that they did too, but every gen has at least a few pokemon I find awesome.

But I still like the gen 2 games the most out of any.

They straight up ruined Rhydon and Magmar and made evos for pokemon that did not even need it. Electivire is badass though.

I agree that they ruined those two, however Electivire and Gliscor at least completely justify that gen for me in terms of the new evos.
