2010 BMW 116i. Looks like this
2RpZ989.jpg

It was a gift from my grandfather (got it when he bought a new car). But I usually ride my bike or use public transport (parking is expensive and traffic sucks most of the time).

Oh man, time to sit down and figure out my list:

1) 1988 Honda Prelude
Nice car, but it was a Manual and I never did really learn how to drive it.

2) 1993 Acura Integra
The first car I really loved. It was a Manual as well, but I was actually motivated to learn to drive it.

3) 1992 Honda Accord
Had an opportunity to make money on the Integra, so I sold it and bought this. Solid car, but nothing special.

4) 1994 Honda Prelude VTEC
Loved this car. It's basically a meme now, but it really was a rush when the VTEC would kick in. Ended up getting t-boned and totaling it.

5) 1992 Subaru Loyale
The only car I've ever hated. The engine blew up a week after I got it. Got it fixed, but it was just horrible all around. Went great in the snow though.

6) 1995 Honda Del Sol
102hp and the only car I've ever gotten a speeding ticket in. Really fun car, especially with the targa top.

7) 1999 Honda Accord
Just a nice car to go back and forth to school in.

8) 1999 Acura CL
Basically the exact same car as the Accord, except a little nicer inside.

9) 2000 Honda Prelude
One of my dream cars back then. I loved this car to death (I would buy another one today). The only reason I sold it was because...

10) 2000 Honda S2000
My main dream car. I wanted one of these for so long and I loved every moment I had with it. Horrible ride quality, but I was young and could not have cared less.

10.5) 2009 Nissan 370Z
Fell in love with it. Drive it home on Saturday and was going to come back on Monday to sign all the papers. Then my Dad talked me into not getting it, so he drove it back and returned it. They were not happy.

11) 2009 Mazda RX-8
This was a really nice car. Comfortable, roomy, and sporty. Horrible gas mileage though and I was constantly worried about the engine.

12) 2009 Nissan 370Z
Easily in the top 3 of the cars I've owned. I loved everything about this car. The rev match feature was amazing and it had just the right amount of power.

13) 2002 Honda Civic
Sadly, I decided that I needed to fix my finances, so I traded the 370Z in for this. Absolutely nothing special, but a solid car with good gas mileage.

14) 2012 Scion FR-S
Fell in love with these as soon as they were announced. The sales lady called me the day they were unloading their first shipment off the truck, so I went and got it. Lava Orange was the color and it looked great. Surprisingly, I found it kind of boring. Still in my Top 5 for the cars I've owned though.

15) 2001 Honda S2000
Back to the classic. Unfortunately, my back and knees weren't what they used to be. The clutch really messed up my knee, plus we found out we were pregnant, so...

16) 2015 Volkswagen GTI
My first four door car in quite a long time. I actually loved this car and, if I had it to do over again, I would have never traded it. Sporty, family friendly, and decent gas mileage. Top 3 for sure.

17) 2017 Honda Ridgeline
Found out our second kid was on the way, so we decided I needed something bigger. Not sporty, but an extremely nice vehicle. It was way too expensive though.

18) 2010 Acura RDX
Decided, hopefully for the last time, that we needed to get our finances in order. Grabbed this for $14k and I plan to drive it until it's paid off. Pretty nice car, although the gas mileage really sucks on it. Doesn't matter though, because this will be the first car I pay off.

The sad thing is, I honestly feel like I might be forgetting one. I'm 33, so I've basically had one car for every year since I've been driving. It's pretty crazy and, even though I love cars, not really something I'm proud of. You live and you learn though.

2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0. Silver with black leather interior. Automatic transmission because fuck commuting in stop and go Houston traffic with a manual transmission. My first brand new car, purchased right out of college.

I like it.

My previous cars:
1990 Lexus LS400, silver, was my first car, and was a year older than me. Purchased in 2007 for $3000, shared with my twin brother. Totaled at a stoplight by a high high schooler that rear ended me at 40mph. No injuries, but the car was dead.

1997 Toyota Forerunner, beige, purchased from a neighbor for $3500 to replace the totaled Lexus, again shared with my twin. Later totaled in the high school parking lot when a truck backed into the side of it, completely wrecking the doors and wheel well. Nobody was in the car, so no one was hurt.

2003 Toyota Sequoia, gunmetal grey, borrowed from mom after she bought a BMW, again shared with my twin. This was our college car, and miraculously survived until graduation, upon which my parents took it back and sold it off. I bought my Mustang after my signing bonus for my first job out of college cleared.

Why not just get the tire patched? A mechanic will do it for usually around $20.
its already been patched once before; its still doing it; its also a lot easier to pump it up every week or so. Not the mention the idea of getting a new car soon doesn't really get me too much of an incentive to do it.

I also hate going to the mechanic.

oo, there are many other issues with the car, not just getting a new car cause of the tire.

The engine is going fine but its turning into a rust bucket, i got weather proof tape covering up a hole on the roof, rust all over the bottom. And its not going to get any better after this years winter (live in Toronto, the salt does a number on it).

Kind of been waiting for it to die for a while now, but the old girl just don't want to go.

I drive a 2014 Audi A3. Company car, but I really like it!

I call her Ah-dree-ana Grande (phonetically written out) because A3 is pronounced as Ah-dree in Dutch.

I used to drive a 2008 Honda Civic back before I moved to the city and had to sell it. I miss my tiny little black Decepticon car.

I just need something to get me from A to B, and I fucking hate public transport in this town. I save roughly 1,5 hour every day by using a car instead of taking the bus.

Toyota Aygo 2016 - less than 10k miles and spotless for 4k (UK) - does its job well, tax free, cheap to run, and new enough to have enough features but no bs and no alloys

I've had the good fortune to have driven a Toyota MR2 (coupe convertible) and a convertible MG (f....not that great)

At some point I'd like something more but if I get the money I'd spend it on a decent live in van like a transporter

1999 Toyota Yaris - My first car, that I just essentially inherited from my dad. Eventually passed this onto my sister after half a year.

2010 Toyota Yaris - My second car. A minor upgrade over the first, this once again was bought at the insistence of my dad. He was all about the economy of the drive!

2018 Peugeot 208 GTi Prestige - My first official car bought all on my own merit and my current driver. I am loving driving this thing. The power and acceleration are really doing it for me. It's quick and nimble without being offensively low on the mpg. What really got me was the acceleration, I just could not stand the lack of immediate power from my previous car.

Not my car, but the colour scheme is almost exactly the same. Body is Pearl White with black rims and chrome wing mirrors.

Hen had a Subaru Impreza r door. Thinkmit was a 98.

Currently a 2008 Mazda 3 that I bought new in fall 2007.

1997 Buick Century Limited (black) - My first car that I bought in 2006. Lasted me until 2013 when repairs would have cost more than it was worth. I sold it, and then used the money to buy my next car.

2005 Pontiac GrandAm (grey) - A hand-me-down from my brother that I bought with the money from selling my Buick. I was in dire need of a car for my upcoming and final semester of college, and had no money since I was unemployed at the time to finish school. It only lasted me three years until 2016 when I traded it in towards my current car.

2007 Mini Cooper (grey) - Current car. I've been wanting one for years, and this was finally my chance since I was making money and could afford something different. A bit pricey with repairs/maintenance, but it's my favorite car that I've had so far.

Do it yourself? Can get the materials at your local hardware store for cheap. Takes a few minutes. Literally clear the hole and fill it. Fill tire. Spray with water to see if it bubbles. My car has gotten 3 flats last month.

Current - 2015 BMW 435i M Sport

Prior two vehicles:
2016 BMW 428i M Sport Convertible
2016 Stingray 2LT

Going from the Stingray back to BMW that was convertible was fun and all, but the turbo 4 was too much of a drastic performance difference, so switched to a 435i with every option, but not convertible.

My 2 cents on Stingray's though, they're made so cheap in comparison to BMW. Went through a ton of door panels cause the plastic clasps kept breaking plus a catalytic converter going out in the first 6 months of a brand new car is rare. I may of just had a bad one though.

I have a 2016 Corvette Stingray Convertible and didnt have any problems other than my AC breaking after a year. I've heard of people having issues with the AC in south florida cause its so warm down here, but other than that the car is great. I plan on selling it and getting the mid engine C8 when it comes out.
I actually thought the interior feels and looks very premium and not cheap at all, but maybe thats just me

Ah shoot my bad, I posted for mobile and didn't realize it was so big lol

LOL I actually meant that slingshot/Ariel atom/can am looking nut job parked next to you!

I learned to drive in a Proton - a Malaysian deathtrap. Btw in the UK you have to pass your test in a stickshift or your license is flagged as auto only which is incredibly rational and the US doesn't which explains the awful gearing that young American drivers use. Trashing their clutch and grinding horribly and using brakes to decelerate all while boasting that they have mastered some arcane skill that every British granny can do better.

My first car was a Nissan micra with a ludicrous spoiler.

My next car was a brief spell with a company leased Escort RS Cosworth. I had to give it back because everyone in Somerset tried to race me.

Then a 2001 Mazda protégé (which I loved and handled better than the Cosworth albeit at half the speed...)

Then a Honda crv and a Mazda cx7.

right now I have my dream car and my final gasoline engine - 2017 Audi A4, which does EVERYTHING from ski trips to shopping with grace and power and luxury (for me anyway) and my wife luckily inherited a brand new landed Subaru Forester because grandma got too infirm to drive it.

There are three Subaru foresters for every six people in Seattle.

Believe it or not some sports cars are very reliable. He driven four corvettes and they all were bullet proof even modded. I think a lot of the issues those cars have is from people beating on them.

I tried to add that caveat at the end to not offend any other C7 owners. I loved the exterior but I can't really say it felt very premium inside, too many plastic parts inside that cheapen it for me.

3 door panel replacements (entire inside of the door which had to be made each time.)
Catalytic Converter replaced at 6 months
1 Drivers side window replaced
Random creeks and rattles from the interior
Clicking noise when turning a right turn
Dash was set to be replaced before I traded it in to go back to BMW.
Random leaks at times coming from the targa top.
I know I'm forgetting some things also.

Basically too many issues for me to deal with on a brand new 70 thousand dollar car. In the 16 months I had it, 2 months of it was spent at the dealership being worked on.

I really did like the PDR strictly for the front cameras and the hidden compartment behind the LCD screen was pretty cool.

Oh and they're fast as all get out lol. I'm glad you enjoy yours! Just wasn't a good fit for me with those issues I had.
