I like Safari but I don't like it's performance on my Macbook Air M1, it feels a bit choppy. So for now I'm using Edge (fuck Google) with some of the built in ad blocking and Ghostery add-on. Works really well and is very smooth. Gotta say that I'm impressed. I'd like to go back to Safari eventually, but Apple needs to fix that scrolling issue with a Big Sur update.

Edge isnt bad. Basically chrome lite. I like Firefox. Find myself changing every few months. All have their pros and cons.

Chromium Edge on PC and macOS for Microsoft Rewards, Chrome on Android and Safari on iOS (all iOS browsers are Safari anyway)

Firefox.

It really is the best browser right now, especially on a security and privacy level. And I really want to support Mozilla's mission, I think it's really important.

Why not try Firefox? It has native M1 support since version 84:

Vivaldi and Firefox are the primary browsers I use though I do use Edge occasionally.

I've used Firefox for a while now. It's probably the most privacy focused browser right now, and is also the only surviving browser not descended from Webkit.

Between work and personal use, I use Firefox, Chrome, Chromium Edge, Brave, and sometimes I.E. even for legacy apps at work.

At work, I mostly use Chrome for compatibility purposes, but also need to use I.E. for legacy apps. It also helps to have other browsers to test with.

At home, I primarily use Firefox for general browsing, Brave for porn, Edge for streaming since it supports DRM. I almost never use Chrome at home these days due to privacy.

Edge on Windows, as it offered a very low-effort/no-sacrifices way to decouple myself from Google a bit more. Safari on Mac/iOS.

Though, I won't be surprised if eventually I end up back on Firefox. Feels like I should be supporting it while we have any remaining diversity in the browser rendering engine space.

Edge. I tried using Firefox but there were too many issues so I gave up this week. For example, I couldn't see Tweets on this website that people post.

Chrome on phone, Chrome/Firefox on laptop depending on what I'm feeling.

This topic needs a poll tho!

Firefox

Switched because every so often Chrome would act like I didn't have an internet connection and wouldn't load pages

Never even heard of vivaldi.

Been using Chrome and Oprea for its VPN feature. I've been thinking of giving firefox another shot but I'll need to look into vivaldi .

Enough to never pay for Game Pass Ultimate
I have three years of Game Pass Ultimate paid for which only cost like $100 through the $1 upgrade trick. I'm interested in learning more about this so I can keep extending this, lol.

Because of Google Opinion surveys, I haven't paid for any apps or 100GB storage on my account in 5 years.

Chrome on every device I have: MacBook Pro, iPad, Android phone, Windows laptop. It's not as good as it used to be, but I still prefer it to every other option I've tried.

I use google opinion rewards to pay for HBO. I'm averaging about 20 dollars a month from Microsoft Rewards, but that includes points I earn from playing games on Xbox.

Firefox, and iOS Safari. Switched from Chrome when it got too fucky, having switched to Chrome when Firefox got too janky. It's decent enough now.

Literally everything I've seen about Brave has had enough red flags to make me want to start belting soviet anthems.
