Might try another random Deity Civ 6 Rise and Fall game. Last one I had Montezuma spawn like 7 tiles to my left and Cleopatra to my right. After clearing a Barb camp my warrior limped home to find the Eagle Warrior horde at my gates and that was that. I don't even remember who I random'ed as - it was that quick. Otherwise maybe just browse Reddit for my other passions - cat videos and assorted other cute animal videos. Otters, baby elephants, baby big cats etc. Enjoy your wanking though if that is how you are going to do it.
