For general eating? Ruffles
For stuffing myself with? BBQ lays
Atop a sandwich? Better Made

Those Bolder ones are growing on me, though.

Dirty Brand - Jalapeño Heat

They are very similar to Zapps but have a slightly different flavor profile that I prefer

Came in here to say Ruffles Cheddar and Sour Cream, was pleasantly surprised by the OP.

All other flavors can go home.

Hardbite Spicy Ketchup. It's *so* good. And Costco no longer carries it. Now they've got some shit ghost pepper flavor from this company which is honestly just a bit of heat and no real flavor beyond that. RIP.

I like the Nori one

It's Mackie's Haggis and Black Pepper (although I more frequently get the salt and vinegar flavour).

Best quality potato, perfect thickness, flavouring is incredible and they're not too expensive (if you live in the UK)
this or the lorne brown sauce for me
Those are pretty great, but these should be a schedule 1 controlled substance:

Whenever we have one of these threads I'm always jealous at the wide variety the US has compared to the UK 'cos I fucking love crisps/chips.

Also, these.
(I know they're not so much potato chips)

I used to love Tim's Cascade, esp the jalapeño ones. I got too used to the spice level, but their sister brand Hawaiian mango habanero are great and still spicy enough for me. Utz bought Tim's (and thus also Hawaiian) a while ago but I don't think they changed the recipe.

I also like a good salt and pepper kettle cooked chip; I think most kettle brands' versions are largely fungible though.
