*sigh*
Edit: Since the thread seems to be going one way. I'm not outraged by this. I'm just baffled by the work they did.

I don't really get it
What are you so angry about? Do you yell at the TV when ads come on?
If you could have an air of smugness about it too, that would be great.
I already downloaded the pdf.
Uh oh we're starting to come full circle. What are you so angry about? Do you yell at the TV when ads come on?
I'm 19, I don't watch TV. But you better believe I yell at ads on YouTube trying to peddle garbage at me in "cute" and insidious waysWhat are you so angry about? Do you yell at the TV when ads come on?
That's quite absurd.I'm 19, I don't watch TV. But you better believe I yell at ads on YouTube trying to peddle garbage at me in "cute" and insidious ways
BRANDS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS
But they are your DM. Roll a spot check for flavor.
Or just don't make a thread bemoaning brands with a link to the thing they're promoting.
you're right, nothing matters
It's kinda like getting upset at a benign symptom that occurs from a serious illness.
So close...

The vast majority of the posters in here have basically said exactly what you said. This is "outrage culture" in a nutshell (and why it doesn't actually exist).I'm a little annoyed at the people in here. Some nerds went to a pitch meeting at Wendy's and asked if they could make a tabletop RPG, and the company said yes. This is a bad thing...how? It's a fun idea, even if the game ends up not so great. Do you tilt at commercials, billboards, radio ads, coupons? Do you live your entire life angry at fast food companies?
I'm much more concerned at the game developers apparently not being credited. Poor work or no, that's a huge red flag in my book.

Each stat will be given a ranking between 1 and 16. To determine the number for your stats, roll four d4s (a d4 is a four-sided die). We call this roll the 4 for $4. Nailed it.

It's a tabletop pen-and-paper game. You play on a board, but you also need a Game Master and most of it happens in your.. imagination!
Wrong, the fight against the dark art of frozen beef matters. Try Wendys™ new Bacon Jalapeno cheeseburger using a quarter pound of fresh never frozen beef on a toasted premium bun and see for youself.
I don't know anymore, I'm just a fucking idiot
off-topic, what does it mean for a bun to be premium? is it better than most buns? better than their other buns? do you pay a surcharge for it?Wrong, the fight against the dark art of frozen beef matters.
