At this point I would guess "next gen" ain't happening unless covid 19 breaks. Hell. I'm starting to consider swapping my preorder of RE3 to digital. Shit is getting scary.

On one hand this is a pretty shitty situation. On the other hand I can't help but find it funny that this would happen after all the teasing by WB Montreal.
Imagine waiting for years to see Rocksteady's next game only for this to happen. Lol. Hopefully WB will have some sort of direct for their games or just have some sort of marketing deal with Sony and/or Xbox and just show them at their event.

That Rocksteady Batman game just can't get a break. That is the one everyone has been waiting for and whose big reveal has ben postponed again and again, right? There seem to be several Batman games in development and I mix them up all the time...
That Harry Potter game though... O: I've been waiting for the announcement of that one for quite some time myself. I was already worried it wasn't going to be a thing after all. Please showcase it in some other fashion soon. I need it. I need that freely explorable next gen Hogwarts. The Dreams version is still a bit lacking.

The Batman game isn't from Rocksteady. It's from WB Montreal. Rocksteady is working on something else that we don't know.
