In case you don't know, VW stopped production of the Beetle this year and are focused on the current line plus their new cars.

Hopefully, it's not staying dead for long. I know the Bus is coming back but VW has been making weird ass decisions. They are only bringing the Golf 8 as a GTI and R model.

I assumed it's just a timing/capacity issue and that there surely bring a similar range of models to the US as were available for the mk7.

Tell your boss that i'll never forgive them for not bringing the Mk7 R wagon stateside.

AWD super wagons are super cool, even if it would have only moved like three units stateside.

Those are the only two models that make the Golf interesting imo. Drove a 2019 GTI around a few months ago, that car is a blast to drive.
